Ordered flowers on a Sunday to be delivered that Friday. Upgraded arrangement and paid extra for expedited delivery before 12pm. Flowers never delivered. Called company, no reason on why flowers not delivered. Had to demand for a refund and got 50% back. I was told they would be delivered following day, upgraded arrangement and note on flowers apologizing for inconvenience. Flowers finally came after 5:30, nothing like what I thought I ordered, not upgraded, no note for inconvenience on no delivery. Terrible customer service, DO NOT use!
Ordered three floral items for friends and family a week before Christmas. Was given dates when they would be delivered. Was informed the day they were going to be delivered that they were out of the items and would be sent after christmas if they were able to get them. I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt but these people are ridiculous. Stay away.
