In need of a filter and and not available near by I found your sight on the Internet. I checked your price and found it to be very much in the ballpark. I placed the order, and in two days had my item. Simple and fast!
The items that were shipped directly from Freshwater were fine. The Fleck softener was shipped from someplace in AZ. All parts were poorly packaged and the tank looked like somtheing that had been returned once or twice. It took an extra week and several calls to get the missing parts that weren't provided in the initial shipment.
Customer Support at Freshwater has limited knowledge of what softener parts should be included with the Fleck softeners. Then when the tank/contoller joint was leaking their technical support people had no clue how to troubleshoot the problem. The problem ended up being cuts in the sealing surface of the tank which I had to sand out myself.
Gave them a chance to make amends or at least apologize before writing this review and they ignored me so can't recommend doing business with them again.
My filter light on the refrig didn't come on with the international MWF filter sent. Even though they claim it was disclosed that the filter could be the international version, the web site showed the US MWF filter. It wasn't clear to me. The water out of the filter tastes okay though.

Saw what I needed on the website. Placed my order with no technical issue. The product was delivered quickly via US Mail. It was package neatly and arrived in new condition. Product was of good quality and was exactly as described.
Order came very quickly. The filter was an exact replacement from GE. Water dispenser works perfectly. No issues.
The answered my questions (via email) very quickly. After I placed my order they were very quick to send out the shipment
Tried all 3 filters, every one of them spewed water all over from where they attached.
I search a long time to find what i needed,,,, Fresh Water Systems had the item i needed and a very very reasonable price.
Most suppliers would only offer the complete fresh water system and / or insta hot water systems,, ( i already had the purifiers and tanks,, just needed a faucet they offered it.
Great price/delivery and return policy
Had no invoice or directions in box The last time I bought a filter I didn, t have to put it together. It would be nice if you shipped to a P O box. UPS will deliver to our post office because we don, t get mail at our physical address.
The good news: my UV bulb arrived quickly and safely. The bad news, it didn't turn on. When I called Fresh Water Systems, they told me I had to go back to the manufacturer to get a replacement - I hate when the company I purchase from doesn't stand behind what they sell. They advised me that it might be my power supply; that it takes more power to turn on a new bulb, than the one currently in use. So, I ordered another bulb that also did not come on. Now I have to order a new power supply - my 2.5-year-old Master Water Systems UV power supply has apparently crapped out!
Blue White Flow guages seem to be hard to find but FreshwaterSystems had them so I ordered online and received it with no problems.
Although we ended up returning the filters we purchased fro FreshwaterSystems (duplicate order) we received excellent service. They arrived fast and we were able to returns them with no problems.

Customer service was great but did not like that if I returned the item I would only get back the cost of the item and I would have to be responsible for shipping back to the company. By the time it was all said and done I would only get back about 7-8.00 so sold it on E-Bay.
