I'm a return customer and decided to order 2 matching nose rings. I placed my order on March 24th with a total cost of $388 and also paid for 2 day shipping. Today is April 1st and I haven't received the items neither have I received a tracking email. Can I have my money back? This is so disappointing.
I received my nose ring and it was perfect. It's not too big neither too small just nice fir my nose. I love how I can wear it everyday, even at work and not be conscious about it. Love it!
I ordered an earring for my cartilage piercing 3 1/2 weeks ago and it never arrived. I tried to track my package, but when I entered the tracking number on USPS, I was told it didn't exist. I emailed the company asking for my tracking information twice, and did not receive an answer. When I go to my account, it says I have no orders placed. However, I've been charged for the earring. It wasn't expensive enough for me to feel that I have to do anything about it, but this company is terrible. Don't shop here.
I have loved dealing with this company! They are willing to work with me every time i have literally ordered the wrong size nose ring. And it has happened several times. I ordered according to my piercer once. The rest of those times? Me. And fresh trends has worked with me to send each piece back, with free p/h and no attitude. Just pleasant and helpful. Their staff has been great, and that attitude of "customer service" is huge with me.
This is the company i wish i had known about when i first got piercings.
I bought my first piece of real jewelry from fresh trends. The material is made of real gold and silver and other precious gems and stones. The jewelry is also made in house. I haven't ordered from fresh trends in years but the jewelry arrived on time and as described.
I absolutely love my blue sapphire nose ring in Platinum it's the right size and it's totally perfect

Purchased an earring for my cartilage - the earring was horribly packaged and as soon as I opened the box and got to the earring the ziplock was undone and the earring fell out into my carpet. The earring was so small I was unable to find it in my carpet despite using a magnet. Initially customer service responded to my email and after I explained what happened they stopped responding. Highly overpriced and clearly the company only cares about money. Will not buy anything from them again and I would highly discourage anyone from buying products from them
I ordered a pink diamond for my nose and the stone wasn't as bright as I expected it to be - they explained why and gave me options to make sure I was satisfied - I would absolutely recommend this company
All my questions about metals and allergies were kindly answered. Freshtrends staff went out of their way to make sure that I was taken care of! Thank you!
I ordered a 14k belly button ring on 9/1/2020. It was $195. When I received the belly ring it was way smaller then what was advertised. I asked for my money back and they refused. I sent the item back and filed a complaint w the BBB. They kept on refusing to give my money back and said they would make it to my liking. I've been emailing and they keep saying that they put in the request to ship it and I still haven't received anything. I emailed them again to check on the status of my order and they're not responding. They took my $195 and aren't sending my merchandise. Please do NOT do business with Fresh Trends. You will be disappointed.

I've been trying to exchange a piece I ordered or get a refund, which they do not give out I paid almost 1,400 for a piece I do not want or need and I still haven't been able to exchange or correct a piece that's still in processing
They've been ignoring my emails and has blocked me from social media

This place is horrible. Customer Service manager was mean and not helpful. I have not received any word back on my refund for almost 2 months! This is unacceptable!
This organization is unprofessional, never purchase anything from here. I placed a order April 21st, also paid for the 1 day shipping. After two weeks Of not receiving my purchase I emailed the company. After two days I received a email and was told I wouldn't receive my package until May 10th. After not receiving my package on May 12th I was told May 20th. At this point I was upset. Also located the same pair or earring on Etsy half the price with a 5day turn around. I emailed them about a refund on May 21st after still seeing my earrings in production and not ready to ship. Horrible
Such an amazing piece of jewelry that I received from Freshtrends. I couldn't believe my eyes what awe I was in when I saw it. For sure it is 100% metal quality.

BUYERS BEWARE
"Faulty item. 3 months for refund and didnt refund the return shipping.
I purchased a rose gold tongue bar from freshtrends. The item arrived faulty. I was advised by Marcus at Freshtrends that theyre unable to send me a return mail package and when its returned a new item will be made and ill be refunded $15 for return postage.
I sent the item via return postage registered post. They claimed to not have received it as usps didnt update their tracking records. It wasnt until a lot of backwards and forwards emails and evidence of it being received sent to a paypal claim that i was acknowledged.
I was told my replacement item was being made only to then have them cancel it and issue a refund.
This was 3 months after the initial purchase.
I am still to be refunded the return shipping costs and freshtrends continue to ignore.
DO NOT BUY FROM FRESHTRENDS BUYERS BEWARE

I placed an order w/ Fresh Trends 12/28 for gold hoops at $218. Later than day, I contacted Caroline at Fresh Trends expressing uncertainty about sizing. She promptly replied that I get professionally sized. I did so that day, and 12/29 I asked her to cancel my order because the order placed the day before wouldn't fit. On the 30th, Caroline told me she was requesting a custom quote and would contact me immediately. 9 days later, I wrote Caroline asking what was up. Finally, Jan 11th she relies that they can't resize and wanted to know if I am asking for a return... which I had asked for a refund on 1/8, which she ignored. Yesterday she wrote me Fresh Trends could not return or exchange my item, to which I reminded her I still didn't have any items, nothing had been made or shipped, and was never given a quote for the new size I needed. She replied offering a 15% off my next order, which is insulting to say the least. Today I received a shipping notification that the original order I placed on the 28th, and cancelled on the 29th, and multiple times wrote stating this item would not work, had been shipped. I've filed a complaint with the BBB.
This is long but if you're thinking of spending a lot of money here you'll want to read it. I received two gold nipple rings as an xmas gift from my mom who accidentally did two separate orders since there's only 1 ring per order and paid for 14G 14k gold rings with 5mm opals.
First of all, the jewelers don't know what the $#*! they're doing because I went to unscrew it and BARELY touched it and the opal was already stripped and fell off the screw. This happened to both nipple rings twice, but they fixed them without charge so I was fine with it.
A while later I lost a ball and needed to buy a replacement one for $65. I went back to the email of the order receipt to be positive I bought the right one AND checked online to make sure. The replacement took almost two months to get to me, and when it finally did I noticed immediately the ball was much larger than the ones on my rings.
I contacted customer service asking if 4mm & 5mm were the only size opals they offered (which is what the site said) and she replied "yes, why would you like smaller?" I've attached photos of some of the emails and both opals on a ruler. I measured them (I'm a QC microbiologist so I assure you I can measure accurately) and sent pictures where they are CLEARLY two different sizes (which the customer service girl agreed and said she would replace with the correct size balls). When I sent them back, they had the audacity to tell me the one that doesn't even TOUCH the 5mm line was over 5mm. 5 mm is 5 mm and 4mm is 4mm, super unprofessional to have 2 different sized stones marketed as the same size. Then AFTER sending them in, because they "were over 5mm" they didn't replace them with the correct sized balls like they said they would.
After all of this I never got a refund, my mother WAY overpaid for the ones I got which wasn't refunded either, it took over 2 months for me to get them back, so I had to wear cheap ones that irritated my nipples, and worst of all my "fixed" barbells look like $#*!. The side that doesn't come off is put on crooked and there's no way to fix it.
