Terrible company, took months to send my item and it was only half, still hasn't arrived DO NOT USE We are now mid april, nothing. They keep saying its in transit Ordered in JANUARY and there is no tracking info on the lame reply I finally received from them. These people do not care and have no value for their business or people. Do NOT buy anything from them

You order and pay from your credit/debit card. No matter how many months you spend emailing them for your product, they do not refund and continue to tell you the order is being processed. I am going to copy this review to paste everywhere I can, one doesn't bother doing this without very good reason. You've been warned so stay away from this cheap scam.

This Company IS A SCAM! It has a written policy for refund if item is damaged or incorrect item. Yet they wont refund your money back. They clearly state on their policy but will not honor it.

I Should have read all the amount of negative feedback from customers like you and me and Not order anything from them. They use phony advertisement from credit card companies to make themselves look legitimate.

When my item was delayed, I was a little concerned about the time it took for me to receive and I grew concerned that I've been scammed. I received an email that my item had attempted to be delivered but no one was home. I emailed the customer service because I'm upset. Once I found the notice in the mailbox, I picked up it from the post office. When I opened the box I was surprised! Professionally packaged and great quality! It was worth the wait!

They charged me for expedited shipping and I never even received my order or a tracking label. Phone says its disconnected. Reporting them for fraud.

Purchased two mini band diy band grinders. Receive two x 2 sand paper for $48.63. Tried to return those items. Was asked to return them to Canada. They were shipped from NY plus $8.50 shipping charge. They informed me after returning items to the USPS and provided them a tracking number. They reverted with a proposed reimbursement of total $19.00. They are a scam company and they will change name many times in order to make money on each transaction. They have no intention to become a legitimate company. Do never buy from them.

My complaint is just like all the others I paid an extra $5.00 for expedited shipping but so far it's been 31 days since placing my order. Left multiple emails requesting ship date and/or tracking number but my emails go unanswered. I will call my bank tomorrow to file a fraudulent claim and get my money back. Also I am canceling the credit card I used to be safe.

I ordered an item over a month ago and still haven't received it. Pretty much nonexistent customer service and they don't respond. I paid extra for fast shipping and still haven't received item. This company is a scam, I wouldn't recommend buying anything from them unless you want to loose you money. Luckily I used PayPal so I can get my money back.

Ordered Christmas gifts a month ago. They promptly charged my credit card and that's it! No reply to email after saying they would respond within 48 hours. DO NOT PURCHASE from them, look elsewhere...

They did not blink an eye to take my money, but 2 months later no package. I keep e-mailing them and they keep sending me the same word for for response and still nothing. I will pay more at Wal-mart or Amazon where i am guaranteed my purchase. Never again!

Awful customer service, still haven't received my product after two months. A waste of money and i'm afraid i'll never get a refund now!

I've got this a week back and I wanted to use it for at least some days before writing the review. It's as I described in the headline - perfect! It does tilt into nearly every angle you'd like to view movies on your phone, is made of sturdy material and best of all - it fits into your pocket, so I can carry it anywhere.
Kudos to the manufacturers!

If I could give this company a minus 5, I would. If only I'd have looked at these reviews before I ordered! I ordered March 30, was unable to track its whereabouts or ETA. Several times writing the company, they responded reassuring that it was en route. Something arrived from them on May 16 but it was only 1 item and I had ordered and paid for 6 items (a certain style of solar lights). What arrived was a different style of solar light that I didn't want and it was alone in the package. I took a photo of what arrived and sent it back to the company attached to the order page showing the original order of 6 solar lights of a totally different style and asked them to correct this error or to refund my money. They took 3 days to reply and then said: "We have reviewed your correspondence and have found that the item you received was the correct ittem."

Goodbye 6 weeks of waiting and $30! This company is scamming people. Don't buy anything from them!

I purchased a set of laser lights and when I received them, neither worked. They were completely broken in the box. The quality was extremely substandard to any other inexpensive light that you can buy. I emailed them to ask for a refund and they told me that they would get back to me in 1-2 days. They never responded and now I am out the cost of the lights. I do not recommend this company. Quality and customer service is extremely poor.

Fantastic and high quality. Very easy to carry as it folds into a compact structure. Has two rubber pieces, one inside the tray to keep the phone steady and one at the bottom of the tray, so it does not slide, specially on a plane drop down tray table during turbulence. Multiple viewing angles which work great. And very sturdy to even hold an ipad.

I ordered something and paid expeidiated shipping. It took them forever to start the shipping process. I tried to cancel and behold it could not be becuase it was being processed. So i finally get this and it was only half the item. Now I want refund info and behold cannot reach anyone. Also I will have to pay for shipping it back. They just could not cancel it right after telling me it has not processed. This review will make me give them a star. It does not come from me

I bought this for my wonderful girlfriend for Christmas and The festival is yet to come later Still I couldn't wait and I'm sure she'll love it! It's so beautiful who wouldn't want it as a Christmas gift? To all the boys who has girlfriends I recommend this product! The packaging is nice! It came in a baby blue jewelry box and inside is the necklace! Which of course is in perfect condition! I would recommend!

I can say the order was little delay as the customer staff told me through mail, but its comes in delivery time and i am happy with the product quality. Gloves are good in use and design is awesome that attract my colleges to ask me from where i ordered it and they also looking for the same product. We are a happy customer and will sure order again for my colleges.

You'll never get what you ordered-- and they'll give you the run around for two years (I have email receipts) before sending you what you paid for.

I finally filed disputed claim back through my bank card. Product arrived finally 2 days ago February 26th 2021 it was ordered November 24th 2020. Space stay away from this company customer service is bad they don't update you with States useful and timely updates for information. Use at your own inconvenience.

The only reason why I give 3 because of the delay with the shipping, it took a month before it came. When I follow-up my order luckily they reply within the day. Other than that I love my Bluetooth Shower Speaker. Perfect for a music love even when taking a bath time. For being so inexpensive they look very expensive.

I recently purchased "gray" hair wax product from FreeShip and they sent me "white" hair wax. I had to prove that it was the incorrect product per their email request in sending them pictures which I did. Once I did this, I received another email from them after another day of waiting for their response and they indicated that they cannot guarantee the exact hair product and perhaps only a "variant" is possible. Ultimately, they did nothing to remedy the situation. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card and they ultimately returned my money, and I reordered the product from another vendor. With that said, does anyone need three (3) jars of "white" hair wax product? Just kidding... I've disposed of it since then!

My product never arrived. You can't get through on the phone as it ALWAYS shows a busy signal. I've sent 3 messages with no response.
