Ordered Christmas light Nov 24,2020. Several inquiries got me apologies and tracking number. It shows only a label has been printed on Jan 5.2021 in Azusa, CA. They keep telling me it has shipped and keep giving me the same Jan label info. I keep requesting to cancel, they say they can't cancel as it has shipped but they can't provide actual physical shipping of the item. My next step is credit card cancel order payment. Will keep all of you posted later at resolution.
