I recently purchased "gray" hair wax product from FreeShip and they sent me "white" hair wax. I had to prove that it was the incorrect product per their email request in sending them pictures which I did. Once I did this, I received another email from them after another day of waiting for their response and they indicated that they cannot guarantee the exact hair product and perhaps only a "variant" is possible. Ultimately, they did nothing to remedy the situation. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card and they ultimately returned my money, and I reordered the product from another vendor. With that said, does anyone need three (3) jars of "white" hair wax product? Just kidding... I've disposed of it since then!
