Beware of FreeScoreFast.com – It's a Scam!

I signed up for FreeScoreFast.com because they offered a "free week" if I paid just $1. However, once they had my credit card information, they continued to charge me without my permission. Canceling their service was extremely difficult, and it became clear that their promise of a free trial is just a tactic to get your payment information.
This company is misleading and dishonest. I would not recommend them to anyone. Be very cautious if you're considering their service.

I'm 71 trying to find a place to live and all places related to this company make you pay for your own credit report. It is $1 for free 7-day trial and then there is no way to cancel subscription. You can't find them and they send no-reply emails. After 7-day free trial they charge $29.95 per month and that is the cost of a bottle of one of my Insulins. I don't know what o do if I can't find them.

This company is rigged! They leave you no real way to cancel. There is no one to Live Chat with ever. When it's during the night hours, they have the live chat available, but no one is there to chat. Then during the daytime hours, you call and it says no one is available to take you call and hangs up. They leave you on a landing page, where there is no way to live chat during the day, so the only option is to call, then when you call, no one is available. Thankfully for me I used a Cash App card, that I will now have to never put any money in, because they leave me no way to cancel. Crazy stuff that a company can do this to people. They are completely stealing peoples money.

I was taking a survey, where you had to pick one add to move on so I picked the one time free credit score for 1.00. A dollar was taking from my card I got the credit score and that was it. So I thought. A couple of days later I get a alert on my account saying this same company charged me 39.90. When I spoke to customer service they said they was not giving me a refund and that they would cancel my subscription ( that I never knew I had) but still were going to keep my account information for 6 months and refused to give me the cooperate number.

I didn't agree to pay $39.90 for this and it says I have to pay $15 to unsubscribe to it. This program is a rip off and scam. Of the company doesn't cancel my subscription I will make sure to let everyone know how much of a scam it is.

You cannot cancel your own account, you have to call them to get it cancelled AND you cannot remove your credit card information from your online account. Calling them and speaking to them through the live chat is a waste of time on this. Essentially what Im saying is once they have your information they will not allow you to remove it. For this reason I consider this firm dangerous and fraudulent. There is absolutely zero reason why you shouldn't be allowed to remove your information and cancel your own account. Why does this company need to retain your credit card information after the account is cancelled? No legitimate company would do this. Buyer beware.

Same thing everybody else is saying signed up for a dollar on a application to take surveys to get paid and next thing I know the last 3 months free credit score has been taking money out of my account I just called them it's a robot they say that they cannot refund your money but they cancel my account and yet no live chat or offer to speak to a live customer service when clearly they can see that I have never once used their services so I should never once have been charged for anything from this company they are a scam they are a fraud and it should be illegal and someone needs to do something about it so yes to lawsuit yes to suit yes to suit yes to suit

I advise anyone to avoid these people. Before you know it they'll charge you and get away with it. Caused me all sorts of problems!

I never signed up for a subscription AND yet they have been billing me for a year $40 per month unauthorized charges! I contacted them for money back and to cancel my subscription at least 5 different times now. Sometimes I get $ back but never have they once attempted to cancel
"My subscription". Seriously FSF.com, what are you doing to people?!

These thieves took $39.90 out of my account without my permission. When I called I couldn't even talk to a real person. They have an automated recording on the phone. I work to hard for my money to just let criminals take it from me.
