I ordered shirts, paid for them but they never arrived and when I called they said it had been over 6 months so there's nothing they can do. I'm currently disputing the charges with PayPal but the company doesn't answer any of PayPal's inquiries. Initially I received back a shirt with custom embroidery plus custom mugs that I really liked so I ordered more but never received them. There also seems to be no customer service to ask about it. The website provides no tracking information.

I realize it was my error and not renewing my domain due to using an old email when registering but I would think that they would have more support for businesses who depend on their websites and email. All I want to do is renew the domain. Seems simple enough to update payment info and renew online. Guess I'll wait for someone to respond to an email?

Several years ago, I needed a logo fast, and this was not a "free" option as their name indicates. Granted, I bought some useful things from the company several years ago, but this past year was HORRIBLE. Mugs arrived broken twice, I had to BEG for refunds, and I'm still waiting for the last shipment of items that were sent to the wrong address. "Shaldon" promised to rectify the situation, but has not replied to my email. I think it's a cheap company that hires people in India to answer customer complaints. They will say canned answers such as, "I appreciate your patience," and "I completely understand your concern," Bla bla bla. I suggest going with a different company if you want quality items and quality service.

I did like the product I received when I initially signed up. They do charge you so the word "free" is very misleading bordering false advertising. I didn't really have an issue with that because I knew right away it was just a gimmick since nothing really is free. The issue I have with them is their customer service and their account system. The customer service response time is dog slow and takes an entire day to get back to you. When you do finally hear from them and you need to start a dialog you have to wait yet another day from them to respond. I have been trying for 2 days to simply reset my password to get into my account and so far "nothing" with little or "no" help from customer service.

So I've been paying these jokers for almost two years, on time every month to keep my business website going. Recently, I noticed two charges of $14.95 on my account on the same day at the same time. I assumed it was a mistake and inquired about the charge to my PayPal account and told them I believe I may have been double charged. Freelogoservices.com's response to my inquiry was to suspend my subscription immediately! What?! My business website is gone just like that. Terrible business practices!

I've had my website on here since around 2019. But starting about a year ago, it has cancelled my site for what they say is lack of payment. I have made many attempts to pay this and no matter what method I use, it tells me there was a problem with my payment method. I have tried emailing through their help site many times and at most, have gotten robotic messages back telling me where I can get answers - though none of the info addresses my issue. So my website has been down for nearly a year now. I have to serve my clients in a very round-about way when they could have just gotten alot of their info and what they needed to get started from my website. Also, was just looking over my billing. I paid to make a logo three years ago. They are charging me $39/month to use the logo that I designed and paid for and used as a PNG or JPEG on my site.

Once upon a time, this was a great and user friendly website building app but I would not recommend it anymore. Ignore the photo with this. I had to put a photo in to get this through.

Poor security for your website as hackers constantly use your email to spam hundreds of people. Then YOUR BLACKLISTED! Try and contact them to help you out as this is your company email based on the website you build through them. GOOD LUCK on contacting them, no phone # just a drop down menu for email that you never get a reply on. 4 years and countless hours designing my website WASTED! Run people and don't look back or suffer the headaches that I am. I will now start the process of building my website through a trusted source and contacting the numerous clients and suppliers to let them know what has happened. WHAT a POOR JOKE THIS COMPANY HAS BECOME.

If anything goes wrong with your order your in trouble. I asked for a refund and they gave me store credit. Tried to use the store credit and at checkout there is no place to put in the discount code. Referenced this several times with them, no resolve. Asked for a credit to my debit card and they stated that I've already received me business cards although I cancelled the order. Had to go to my bank and file a claim to get my money. All this after a month of trying to resolve the issue.

Customer Service is virtual. So, you have to allow a few days for a respond. They own your logo rights along with hosting registration for your domain.

Please don't purchase anything from these people they had my money every since June I have not received anything from them they told me I have to pay a extra hundred dollar for something that has to do with me they printed me so shirts I text him they told me that they were shipp out than Ben call me talking about they need another 100 dollar because they don't have the shirts I wanted they printed them on what shirts they wanted to do it and wanted me to pAy more money I paid 250

They promote' Free Online Logo Maker - Design a Free Logo in Minutes' which are acceptable in quality but then when you want to download it, they charge astronomical; prices. Misleading and most dodgy given the logo's are very generic

Ordered goods are not delivered despite advance payment. Support is a disaster. Do not comply with applicable law!
