I should have read the reviews before trusting this company with my business cards.
1st the good. I found the design sight very easy and friendly to maneuver through. Created the design I was looking for and placed the initial order. During the design process I created a custom logo that I requested to be printed solely on the back of the card with the prudent information on the front. (Company name, my name, title, phone, email. Etc)
Now the not so good experience. I received the cards within the time they were to arrive, 2 to 3 days, however once opened and looked at there was no custom logo on the back of the card, the front preface with all the prudent information was simply mirrored to the back. The card looked the same front and rear.
There is no phone number to contact and make a requested so I had to start a conversation per a chat line. After 45 minutes waiting I was asked to provide information for the complaint, to which I provided. After a couple back and forth exchanges I was told I had to send a formal email with photos of the cards so they could review the mistake before this process would move forward.
I submitted the email and did receive a response the following day stating that they were going to correct the mistake and I should receive new cards in 2 roughly weeks or so. I responded and noted that I received the 1st cards in 2 to 3 days and did not have 2 weeks to wait for new cards. Since this was an error on their part could I please have the cards expressed.
I did receive 1 follow up email 2 days later stating they would have the cards shipped in a couple days. This was over 2 weeks ago. I sent a follow up email for 5 consecutive days asking about my cards and to please provide a tracking number. I have yet to receive a my cards or a follow up email with a tracking number.
Needles to say I will dispute the charges and have since used a different company with no issues.

There is nothing free about "FREE Logo Services" website. It's all a scam to get you to click on their site. I searched in Google for free logos to create your own, and their site was first through Google Adwords. So I clicked through and started creating my simple logo. I then got a notification that I can download my FREE logo if I create an account, which I did. Easy peasy. Still believing in fairy tales, I finished my logo and went to Download my logo, which took me to a Check out page. And that page started with $38. There was no option to find a way to download my FREE logo. The only option was to pay. I went back to the logo editing thinking I missed something. Nop. I went through the extra popups of getting business cards, no thanks, getting a domain, no thanks, and reached the very same checkout page.

So I contacted them on Facebook asking them about the free option that was advertised even in their Adwords ad on Google. The next day I saw they've read my Facebook message but never replied.

So I found another free option, and, of course, went back to this site to delete my account since I no longer wanted to be associated with this company in any way. But do you think you can delete your account once you created it? Think again. I could not.

I purchase items that i never received. I email them 10 times in 1 week. No response PLEASE BBB HELP

I did like the product I received when I initially signed up. They do charge you so the word "free" is very misleading bordering false advertising. I didn't really have an issue with that because I knew right away it was just a gimmick since nothing really is free. The issue I have with them is their customer service and their account system. The customer service response time is dog slow and takes an entire day to get back to you. When you do finally hear from them and you need to start a dialog you have to wait yet another day from them to respond. I have been trying for 2 days to simply reset my password to get into my account and so far "nothing" with little or "no" help from customer service.

Customer Service is virtual. So, you have to allow a few days for a respond. They own your logo rights along with hosting registration for your domain.

I appreciate the immediate service granted by Free Logo Services. I did my research about logo design and the output was what I was expecting. I now have a logo for my company which FLS gave as a zip folder and I can choose the type of logo I wanna use
