I submitted an enquiry after playing a game and passing multiple levels, suddenly it stopped recording my progress and I did not receive my cash reward prior to it expiring. I was told I have to go through the relevant party which didn't make sense as it was a game through free cash and through the representative parties provided. This issue still has not been fixed.
I also withdrew credit through Google play which was put into AUD currency and approved. However the code was not redeemable in Australia. I emailed the representative party to discuss this issue however the emails kept failing to deliver. I have now lost over $100 between both issues and no support or resolution has been provided.
I received my first cash out and am not understanding what is going on regarding my cash outs today. I have 2 $150 cash puts that are pending after over an hour. I worked so hard for so long. Please help.

I've tried over 10 money making apps and they all were either extremely boring, took way to long too earn rewards and by time you did earn the rewards it didn't feel rewarding because it wasn't even $5. However, since I found free cash it's been the most fun and rewarding money making app I've ever used. They give a great variety of games, the games they provide are very fun and engaging, the rewards truly feel like a reward the further you get into games making it worth it entirely. This is the first money making app where they give a bonus on some offers. For example, build a cowshed to level 5 to earn $60 very worth it. Honestly, if you're ever going to try to use your free time to make money definitely use freecash.

I used to absolutely love the app! I got friends involved with it and used it multiple times a day. I'd even cash out rewards on a weekly basis! But then offers started going down even when I would buy items in games. And then rewards I already got would be removed because a game would suddenly decide a month after the fact that they believed I cheated to earn said reward. It's pointless to clarify, but I have never cheated and wouldn't even know how to cheat on a phone game.
Talking with support is difficult. It's an AI bot that half replies to your questions and resists getting you in contact with a real person.
When FreeCash runs well, it's amazing. I really, truly enjoyed it for the first few months. Something's changed though and my goodwill towards them is gone.
