The cash out option is disappointing given that the first withdrawal doesn't happen until a minimum of $20 balance is reached. In addition, the varying availability for funds to be withdrawn can be frustrating and, lastly, gift cards are not sent with a barcode to scan in store. This means if you're wanting to use the card at a brick and mortar store, the store has to be willing to manually type in the card information. Improvements for use with a barcode or QR should be considered for ease of card use.

I thought it was a scam at first but I received my pay out and all I did was play games! I love it.
I try to play the games and reach goals to earn. So are very hard when needing to use real money. The most I've made is over $100. So I'm still down for trying!
