Most of the surveys cannot be taken part due to the limit of surveys already set for each account. Daily maximum can only allow to complete 2-3 surveys because each time after done 3 surveys, any other available surveys surely disqualified until the next day.
On both android and iPhone my offers are not registering upon download or completion of tasks.
I always enable tracking so don't bother asking. Customer service has been completely useless at resolving this repeated issue.
This has gotten worse and worse to the point where I am about to start posting bad reviews of Freecash after my recent experiences warning others against using the platform.
Most of these offers that are failing come directly from Freecash and not another adwall.
Until now I have had a total five star experience using Freecash. The site was innovative, fun, and most importantly, functional.
If you cannot fix this it really comes of as intentional incompetence designed to screw users out of rightfully earned rewards.
I would be happy to speak with an appropriate team member to help fix this issue as it hardly seems like I could be the only one experiencing it.

I have at least ten completed tasks that are uncredited. Most of which if I didn't put in a ticket for would just get ignored. Although the ones I have ticketed are ALL unresolved! Chatting is no help either. They just say they'll pass along the issue, but nothing gets resolved.

It was a wonderful experience for me. It was amazing, but sometimes there must be equal opportunities between countries. There are some countries that do not have strong offers, unlike other countries, especially Middle Eastern countries.

Free Cash is very bad at crediting those so you often are just out the money even if the offer is supposed to be worth it. Also the surveys are not worth the time especially considering you will be denied by most.

The reality is you will get banned for some reason like, "having multiple accounts," despite only having one.
The hours and money you spend to get the rewards will be locked behind an unappealable ban. Try and appeal it and you just get removed from the Discord.
And what incentive do they have for not unlocking your account to withdraw your rewards? Well, they get to keep them!

Everything works fine. The problem i have now its that some of the partners dont respond when i contact them and i have to wait to get my money. I hope it will be resolved and in meantime i do more tasks.
I enjoy freecash.com and the services they provide, but sometime while doing some of the offers, you dont get credited for them, then when putting in a ticket that you have to wait 48 hours to actually put it in. They dont approve it, like i sent the screenshots of my account that i clearly made it past the level required but i couldnt get the ticket in before the limit on the offer was up. Because of the 48 hours waiting before allowing to use the ticket button. Other than that, its a fair site. Also not all of the offers get credited that you even started them.
You will constantly get to the last question of a survey for it to kick you off, I've done around 500 surveys for around 350 bucks, a lot of wasted time. You will consistently not get rewarded for completing game offers as well so there is more time wasted. Finally, almost every survey over 20 cents will tell you right off the bat that you aren't what they're looking for. Just get an actual job for real.
