Freecash has been holding some of my offers due to my chargeable rate being "too high". I spent so much money on these offers and I honestly feel I will never get back. It is basically impossible to lower this charge back rate which means I lost out of a good chunk of money... i just want to be able to claim my damn offers and get some of the cash i lost back... other than that they are an amazing site.
I was skeptical that this was real. That I could actually make cash, that it would be a scam….but it wasn't. Some of the challenges are impossible to finish if you don't spend a bunch of money on it, but it's always fun to try. I have made over $250 and cashed out either as a Visa card or Apple credit. And it's worked everytime. Why not just try it

I recently completed at offer that was supposed to confirm instantly, and one I did what was asked, nothing was confirmed and nothing even showed any amount of progress made, currently waiting to hear back from adgate, but they haven't said anything back to me at all about it and its been a week.
It is fun to play the game or do the task the want you to do and the best part about it is you really get paid to complete the tasks but some of the tasks are hard to complete that would be the only thing that I am not a big fan about but all and all it is fun to kill time and make a little extra doe on the side and it really pays out

Horrible. Complese scam. I can't even withdraw all of my money because it's a set pricing. I wasn't told there would also be an added fee for withdrawals. I basically lost 50 hours and money using this app.
I had achieved a goal as set out by freecash on a game. They credited me my reward then removed it saying that the game gave people a multiplier allowing people to level up faster! So basically they try to make goals unachievable then when you achieve them they say sorry, but instead of the $42.50 we promised, here's $10 because you leveled up "too fast". Complete scam!

You have to wait a week for a lot of the rewards and if freecash's offer doesn't credit, you'll be waiting over a month at least to have it credited if it does at all. And yes, i have enabled tracking so the app can watch my activity.

And yes, i have it enabled so free cash can track me, i just feel like this is done on purpose. And yeah, getting "support" is always useless, i always get a generic message to contact the specific offerwall even if its literally freecash's activity

I've had a terrific experience with freecash. I can earn money during the time that I would just be regularly wasting and doing absolutely nothing by playing games and doing surveys. I expected the payout to take a few business days but instead it took less than an hour! The customer service team does respond quickly and very helpful too.
I was having nothing but good experiences up until I took on two different offers that were quite simple and easy to complete and so I did those back to back completing all the steps and doing everything as directed but wasn't paid for either offer. I submitted tickets to both companies going on a month or so ago that sponsored these offers and have heard nothing back from one and the other one I heard back but they didn't even answer my questions or try to resolve the issue it seemed as if it was just an automatic response email and not actually someone trying to help me.
