I started this at the middle January and slowly; painfully built up my earnings. I thought that I wasn't putting in enough. When it came time to cash out my account was banned. I believe customer service is automated or ai. The responses are preprogrammed and then your sent to a person. It takes 48 hours to get an answer and I did that twice. I was unbanned and my verification did finally go through. It just hassle for 25 bucks that feels super draining and frustrating. If you actually do make it in the members chat is full of the games aren't tracking right, I wasn't credited for my survey, why can't I cash out etc. Surely there's some other app or program for you to try instead.
I picked a couple of games and did a few surveys. The games took a bit of time of course. I verified my identity easily and cashed out my first gift card that same day. Gift card was in my email within an hour or so.
To be honest I thought it was another scam but played and earned enough to buy the new assassins creed game as a joke but I actually did it cashing out was easy no issues couldn't be happier with my experience

I could play more but I got things to do like every other adult. With that bein said I've made over $450 literally playing games and rewards. I've used the money to pay my phone bill, order pizzas, and many other things. I have nothing negative to say about this experience and have told many people that already play games and don't get money just to try it.
Have had a few offers finish early which has been very annoying as you put so much work into it and then don't get to complete the better paying tasks. Also they missed payments on tasks I did complete and never heard back from the support team when I questioned it. These never used to happen with freecash and support was always prompt. I completed an offer on Puzzle and Chaos: Frozen Castle Level 17 in 7 days but i was not rewarded which is very disappointing considering i have spent money to get to that level within the required time. The worst part of it all is that no tangible reason was given for the rejection.

Absolutely disgusting, made me wait well over a week by asking the same question and not actually reading what I requested, finally got back to me and couldn't give a reason why they could not pay the levels reach.
It's fraudulent to advertise and encourage people to play for hours and spend money on the game and not give a reason why you rejected the levels. Worse Customer service ever was almost like communicating with a robot What a joke

I just reached the 20 dollar mark to make my first withdrawal. The withdrawal was quick and easy. Getting to the 20 dollar mark was a bit more challenging. I had one game stop recording my achievements once the payouts would've been above a dollar. Took screenshots and created a ticket but was denied payment. Can't really complain about free money tho, it's not a scam, I will continue to use it.
I didn't give a 5/5 rating because I've had trouble with redeeming the Google Play gift cards. I always get an error and have reached out to Google. When they finally get back to me I'm told that there's inconsistencies with my account and gift card. Only once someone was kind enough to bypass my lack of receipt I suppose. The second time nope so I've essentially lost money since I can't get a refund from FreeCash. Amazon redemption had no issues which I'm happy the most about. I love this app. I have cashed more on Freecash than any other money app. The only whinge I have to have is that my account stopped tallying up my points and cash rewards for about two months, but after messaging support, it is back up and running again. Happy with how efficient support is.
Most games don't pay after a task has been completed and when cashing out, the virtual card payment was a scam, kept declining, even if the purchase was way below the value of the funds on the virtual card 😏

SCAM. You may be able to cash out once or twice from the bonus and some small tasks here and there but then any significant rewards will say 'pending' for 7 days and then it still won't release. I contacted support and just got these automated messages back telling me 'my chargeback rate is too low (Wich I only had one chargeback and it seems confident that it was a survey for 4.50 that I took my time on because it paid good) then they proceed to tell me the only way I can get the money is to make over 4,000 points by doing surveys or playing games. It's a straight scam, they disqualify you from something to "drop your chargeback rate' so they can then tell you that you have to play or do surveys more and make thousands of points to have your money released. Rewards are not fair.
Playing from Australia as advertising's showing it supports Australian's.
Yet, when claiming rewards, the currency is AUD to claim which is much more expensive and on top of that, the visa is in USD, which means the value is reduced again!

They keep refusing to pay rewards without any detailed explanation. I spent money and hours completing tasks, but suddenly, they didn't track, and I didn't get rewarded. I submitted a ticket and provided every detail with evidence showing I completed the task within the timeframe, but they kept saying, 'We can't provide details, but we can't pay.' The unpaid rewards have now exceeded $200. They never pay for bigger rewards. Don't waste your time and money.

It's hard to get a hold of customer service. They can't really trouble shoot questions I may have and was told I'd be contacted with in 24hrs and it's been 4 days already and no reply. And payout should be more accessible instead of a 7day Wait period.

I finally got my cash out balance to 30$ and cashed out this morning only to not be credited to my bank the 30$ reward I cashed out. The amount of ads to revenue ratio is so skewed. For some of the games, it would take a month or more to get a few dollars. And since it can only be new users, I can't play 75% of the games shown since I've tried them before. There's not an option to get rid of an offer I would qualify for.

I recently spent $200 to receive a gift card and it hasn't shown up yet. While I'm sure it will appear eventually, there is no place that I can find to check on it's status. I have also experienced several times where points weren't credited when I completed the task. And I don't know how to let you know.
