Аbsolutely disgusting site! The user experience is a nightmare – there are annoying ads everywhere, making it impossible to do anything. They promise easy money, but it's all a big lie. I waste hours, and in the end, either I get nothing or the payments are endlessly delayed. The interface is outrageously outdated and confusing, and customer support is atrocious slow and ineffective. This place is a total waste of time and nerves
I would like to see better descriptions of the games and game play so I can make a better decsion which to download. Survey seem to be hit or miss on eligibility. I prefer to download games that I have a fair chance to reach the monetary goals...
I am very frustrated with this app! I played dice dreams it had no ads! I got to a certain point and couldn't go much farther without making a purchase That's fine I got credit for what. I did complete The I played bingo blitz No ads either! I got to certain level and I got credit for the levels I completed Then it disappeared it went into games completed So I deleted it Then it reappears I could of reached the next level since I was almost there Then I was checking out cashing out Big mistake! I needed a valid id So I did IT took a half hour to get it done First front pic of id then scan barcode, then pic of back, then selfie It finally got through I was playing another game I worked my butt off to reach a certain level, but since I didn't have valid id I lost it They also froze my account Now I'm trying to cash out Oh no! I waited 5 days for a notification NONE So I cashed out again It worked this time,but no info on how long it will take to get paid! I don't want gift cards but PayPal want $5 so I got a gift card Frustrated!

I just did my first cashout and it was super fast and convenient. I've used a couple of other sites before and had to wait several days to receive my gift card and a couple of times I had to contact support because I hadn't received the email. Freecash places your redeemable code right there in the app within minutes. I'm extremely pleased.
I follow the rules, complete whole survey, play hundreds of levels of games, only to have the reward fail and no simple way to fix it without investing more time in screenshotting just to be denied twice. I won't use this site for long, looking into others that do better.
I made $70 so fast by playing bingo and dice dreams, it was super easy i loved but im giving it 4 stars because i was only able to play 2 games at a time and when i played the others deals it wouldn't show up, but it wasn't that big of a deal.

I played monopoly go and rightly reached level 101 to earn £47.99. However free cash claimed that I wasn't eligible for the winnings due to my phone being in the wrong region. Yet they had no problem paying me out £20.41 in bonus earnings and on other games. Why they decided to pick and choose what to pay me was very poorly. I shall be reporting to social media to stay away from this website.

Getting free money is as simple as downloading Freecash and playing games! Didn't take long to earn! Customer service was excellent when needed! Highly recommend!
Freecash works fine until you get to a certain dollar threshold. Once you complete a higher dollar offer of a particular app/game, they will literally just not honor it, and tell you they're "unable to tell you why due to protecting you from fraud". I completed two different thresholds of an offer (Resonance lvl 80 and Resonance lvl 140 of AFK Journey). On the 14th day of the 22 days I had to complete them, I was already 140, but they still hadn't said I completed 80, even though they credited me for lvl 100. For the evidence I submitted for lvl 80 in a support ticket (which they accepted), I submitted evidence that I was already lvl 140 which was obviously greater than lvl 80. On the 18th day (they say you have to wait 3 days to submit a ticket), I still had not been credited that I was lvl 140, even though I was now at lvl 180. I submitted another ticket using the *exact same evidence* they accepted when I submitted it for lvl 80. They did not accept that evidence and told me they "couldn't tell me why". I attempted to talk to multiples of them, ask for a supervisor, but they all gave the same garbage form letter response. Literally the same evidence accepted in one that was not accepted in the other.
