I bought a product which they promise to ship within 3 days, as usual and most of the feedback, they took 10 days to ship. I was disappointed and asked them to take it back, they refused at first, I had a rough argument that they were late to shp the order. That was no October. Now we are clsot to the near year, i have not got refund and they keep on lying to me.

Scam... definitely not the real product which I have been wearing for 30+ years. Not happy. It was a waist of money... not a bargain.

I wanted to share my recent experience with a purchase I made from Fragrance.com, which unfortunately left me very disappointed. I ordered a perfume that did not match the ones I had previously purchased from a local retailer. The scent seemed off, and the packaging was quite different—it arrived in a plain white box, whereas Narciso Rodriguez perfumes comes in a pink box.
Based on these discrepancies, I suspect the perfume may either be counterfeit or simply an old batch. I reached out to their customer service team to address the issue, but I was told that I would need to pay for the return shipment (outside of the USA), and the cost would be nearly half the value of the perfume itself. Not OK to pay for the return of the defaulted product. If you're looking to avoid a similar experience, I would strongly recommend purchasing from a reputable retailer instead. I hope this feedback helps others avoid being misled by questionable sellers.

I am very concerned that the CALVIN KLEIN ESCAPE EDT perfume that I purchased from this website is fake as the smell does not linger or stay on for more than 2-4 hours after spraying. I have been using ESCAPE for the past 30 years and know the perfume very well. It stays on the whole day especially on your clothes.

Also for the past 2-3 years this perfume has never been found in any of the Airport duty free shops especially in Singapore where I stay and countries I travel world wide. It was one of the most popular Calvin Klein perfume range. Both Escape for Men and Ladies. That is very strange. I also read a few online chats saying ESCAPE has been discontinued for a long while now.

I wrote to their customer support and till now could not proof that it is a genuine item from Calvin Klein and that this product is still in the market.

They were willing to take back the goods but I have to pay for all shipping costs which will be more than the purchase value! Very ridiculous proposition.

Be careful and do not buy from this website. Both Perfume.com and FragranceX.com

I have tried this company multiple time to give them the benefit of doubt, but it's the same result, There Customer Service is Very Bad on top of their shipping is the worst, they don't tell you that the 1-2 Days you paid $24 Extra Dollars for doesn't start until they process your order, what is the point of paying all that money for express shipping if it takes them 3 days to process your order and then another 2-3 days to get your order I think it is a Scam that they Lie to people charge them $24 Dollars for Express Shipping when they clearly know the customer will not receive their package in 1-2 Days and then you call them and they have an attitude with you like if they were giving you the stuff for free, I will never recommend this company to anyone, I will use Perfume.com as my Frangance Destination... They are Very Professional and their Customer Service is very polite and helpful if you have any questions, I only had one Glitch in the order and they took care of it immediately and gave me an extra discount for my troubles... I really recommend giving Perfume.com a try...

I purchased Anniversario and Dolce Passione by Pantheon Roma from the site. It took long time to deliver and the fragrances are similar, but just not like the original perfumes. Also they last exactly few seconds after spraying, while the original ones last for hours and hours. Additionally both perfumes arrived in golden packaging drums, while Dolce Passione should have been in the red one... I wanted to save money... I got a lesson instead.:-(

Placed an order 4/23/24. I was to receive the order in 3-6 days! It is now 5/5/24. I've sent three emails requesting details about my order & received one generic response. My order status has remained the same since 4/24/24 which is RECEIVED ORDER through Better Trucks Tracking System. Unacceptable as they refuse to look deeper into the issue, re-ship my order, or apologize for the delay, let alone try to rectify the obvious issue. I will file a claim with my credit card and tell everyone this site is a scam. Gross misconduct by company!

The perfumes sold on fragrance.com are fake! I don't care how much they claim they're not. The return process is also a nightmare. I sent the items long time ago and they claim they don't have them even when the tracking number says they have been delivered. There's something fishy about that too. Worst mistake ever.

I used to buy my perfumes here but lately I was disappointed. Twice they sent me Perfumes in the plain box that say's' 'Not for sale, Illegal Sale' and no cover. For the amount of money i paid. When i order them the picture was real. Better buy them at stores.

I want to warn you that this company seems to be a scam. I ordered the Christophe Robin Colour Gel on January 23rd, but when it arrived, I noticed that the box had no cellophane wrapping, which is usually standard for this product. Moreover, the seal of the bottle was broken, and only half of the product was inside. The product looked fake, and the instruction booklet was missing. The exterior of the bottle had scratches and marks, clearly indicating that it was not new. I immediately sent an email to Fragrance.com, attaching images of the faulty product but haven't received any response from them in the past three weeks. Their contact telephone number is an answering machine message that says they do not take calls. This company has taken my money and sent me a used product. I would recommend avoiding them at all costs.

I asked them to cancel my order and make a refund, and already 1 WEEK I'm trying to get it! It's unbelievable! And to reach them is a hell of a ride! SUCH AN AWFUL SERVICE AND HORRIBLE COMMUNITY. They don't want to refund me my payment and I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SCAMMER SHOP TO ANYONE!

I ordered a perfume, it arrived with a defective spray, I returned it, specifically asking for a store credit and not substitute, guess what?!I got a substitute with defective spray again! I returned it yet again and got only half of my money back! Terrible customer service and the reason for only returning half my money was, the shipping label had costed them as much!

I wear Jimmy Choo Fever (dark bottle). I have a full size spritz & a 0.15oz mini eu de parfum that I purchased at Macy's. I'm running low on the mini, so I ordered one at frangrance.com. It looks the same, and it claims it's eu de parfum, but the strength of the scent is just not there. My mini from Macy's only requires 1 or 2 dabs behind my ears & on wrists. This one takes at least twice as much, and I still don't smell it very well. Satisfied that it's at least the actual scent, Disappointed that it's not as strong as it should be.

I have ordered from them fast shipping nice packaging and also a great value. The best thing is you can pay when the perfume is delivered and check it before paying. Original perfumes

Love the pricing and afterpay is a plus! Large variety different sizes this is my new spot to purchase perfume...
