I ordered two Asus chargers. Despite having a unique ID, the charger tip could have several different shapes/dimensions. The support proactively contacted me. Based upon the photo I shared, they successfully identified the right tip. They shipped both chargers in a timely manner. The postal service is reasonably fast taking into account the shipping fee. The parcel appropriately protected the items. The chargers still operate after weeks of usage with the same performance as the original one. No complaints.
