Check-out the pictures. Ordered 2 pairs of shoes; one pair fit perfectly and the other, is a size or more too small. Although they say these are the same size (multiple form letters). No refunds just crappy offer of discount on the next pair I buy from them. Fat chance.

Order at your own financial risk with this company. Only tried ordering shoes from this company once and what a disaster it was. Sent wrong size and they told me they cant return(would have to be sent back to China someplace. They suggested I give to someone else.

Should have done better homework on this so called company they dont deserve 1 out of five but 0 out of 5. Im surprised they are still in business they are thieves. Stealing from good honest people who expected a nice quality shoe to wear. You should be ashamed of yourselves. DON'T PURCHASE these horrible shoes. Lesson learned.

Shoes are poorly designed, shaped, uncomfortable, etc. My bad for not checking the reviews in advance.
The website states/makes it look like it is a legitimate US based site, but the order immediately goes to China.
Also, although I clicked to use my credit card, the site paid it through PayPal.
Again, per sites instructions to email the company for a refund, it wants me to give the unsatisfactory shoes to "family or friends as a gift" and a "10% discount code for your next order."

I wish I read these reviews before ordering from this company. The quality is horrible, the design doesn't look like the picture, no support or cushioning. It really is like walking in a hard sandal. A flip flop would have more support! Crap toxic material!

I purchased a pair of shoes unfortunately I ordered the wrong size never wore them. They were in the original package. The company would not exchange them for the correct size. They said i would have to pay return shipping cost which i agreed to do seeing it was my fault I ordered the wrong size. Now I am stuck with a pair of shoes that don't fit and they have my money and all they are offering is 50 percent refund.

Their sizing seems different to all others we have experienced from many online purchases. Don't depend on their information in our experience. Slow to respond. Negative and defensive. No discussion. Imagine, they Told me to give away items instead of offering a remedy or solution.! Extremely difficult. Will never ever deal with again and could never recommend from our own experiences. Avoid to save hastle and money. Absolutely ridiculous, disgraceful and shocking to deal with. Qualityof goods appears to matche quality of service.

I made the fatal mistake of ordering from this firm before I saw the reviews. I cancelled within 4 minutes of placing the order and I received an answer at 3:00 am stating that they couldn't cancel the order because the order was already dispatched". Really? After 4 emails complaining with no logical response, I finally received the shoes over 4 weeks later. I would have given up and kept the shoes but they were 1 and a half sizes too small! I ordered a US size 10, but apparently a US size 10 is an 8 1/2 in china. And they acted as if that was MY fault! This company will not survice for long.

The first order gave me a tracking number which I check daily and shows its STILL in China. The other I haven't been able to locate anything on except that they took money out of my checking account. Who I thought I was ordering from was Shein. I have no idea how this happened bc I tapped on a Shein ad on Facebook and this is where I ended up.

Ordered a pair. What came was like something your child would make in crèche out of paper. Put them straight in the bin couldn't look at them felt like some fool being scammed. Do not buy from this site

I purchased these shoes because they looked and were described similarly to shoes that cost me three times as much. So, I figured they would be worth the risk. They were are not, they are unwearable for anyone with foot issues or need arch support. If you don't have foot issues, you could readily develop foot problems. I tried to return them and they would not let me. (They have no return address). I filed a dispute with PayPal and it was denied because they said the shoes were substantially as described. They are still unwearable and their website wording is skillfully crafted but the shoes stink. Beware!

These shoes are junk. The are shipped from Hong Kong and took > than two weeks to arrive IN A BAG. I followed the sizing guideline and the shoes were way too small. They will not take a return if the size is not right: HOWEVER, they will give you a discount on the next wrong size you order from they. The quality is terrible. Do not under any circumstance order from these folks. Go get some Sketchers instead.

Received order #5354 today... Took over 2 weeks to receive... First thing I noticed was the poor packaging. Once I opened the plastic bag, no box, that they arrived in, I was overwhelmed by the toxic chemical smell. Within an hour of wearing them, my feet were swollen, red and irritated. Do not buy... These shoes are made of some highly toxic materials. The company does not respond to any communication efforts.

The shoes are junk and they offer a partial refund 10-20% and they dont want shoes back either. They ship from outside USA and PayPal is no help on this. It sure made me look at PayPal different knowing they allow this to go on and can't see all the rips this company gets away with so don't let PayPal be your deciding factor to purchase this as I did. It's simple they wear you out to get refund and then tell you to send them back and you pay return postage on items that isn't worth the cost to return them so again you're out more money and they expressed to me about how sorry the mail system was and be lucky if they ever got them so I took it as they will never get there and i would be out more money. They got me for $71.00 and Pay Pal let them, and I see I wasn't only one let down by Pay Pal

Ordered a pair of these shoes on July 27th. Took 2 weeks to arrive (August 10th). Size not marked anywhere on the shoes, but were too small (even though I ordered the same size as all my other shoes). Sent them back on August 13th, and requested refund...still waiting. Like a fool, I accepted the fact I had ordered the wrong size because they obviously came from China, and decided to reorder another pair (in fact I ordered 2 pair as my friend wanted a pair as well and my original pair was too small for him). Placed the order August 13th. Order arrived on August 26th. Again, no size marked on the shoes and they were exactly the same size as the original pair I received. No point is sending back as I won't receive a refund for them. Going to donate them to Goodwill. Live and learn. Should have researched reviews before ordering. I'm "out" the cost of 3 pairs of shoes, but good lesson gained about ordering merchandise from sketchy retail sites.

Do not get taken by this company. They will not honor their return policy. Shoddy merchandise and the worst customer service.
