I just recently bought a pair of sneakers from Fosterry. When I got them the soles are plastic! OMG they are so low quality. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Their Web site states to email them for returns. They will not return my money they wanted to give me 10% off of another pair. I will not. I have reported them to the BBB as well. Very bad product. And extremely bad customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

This company is the worst. Shoes did not fit and was told I could not return or exchange but after several more attempts to rectify I agreed to a partial refund. After waiting more than three weeks for my refund I contacted the company again. This time I was told my refund was canceled because I filed a dispute. Bottom line, DON'T PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SLIP-SHOT COMPANY. They are nothing but swindlers!

The shoes are EU sizes and the shoe last are smaller than USA sizes as they are made in Hongkong. They do not except returns as stated. This is a true and verifiable statement.

Having plantar fasciitis, I was looking forward to the shoes. I actually purchased two different pairs based on a promotion. The shoes took two weeks to arrive because they were shipped directly from China. When they arrived, I immediately tried both pairs and were not satisfied with either. They were not soft and comfortable as I had expected and did not have the arch support I also expected. That day I contacted Fosterry, only to get slow rolled with offers to get 10% to 20% back to give them to someone else. When I challenged them about their advertising of guaranteed satisfaction, they ignored it and offered me 50% off.

This is false advertising. Do not buy from them. They also use other names such as Fanniey. Beware!

The shoes I got were 1-1/2 inches smaller than the 9.5 US size. And they want to charge me to return them. Order#2495
