Based on other reviews here I was a bit concerned about the quality and customer service but went ahead anyway because it looked to be exactly what I was looking for to add to Cigar Bar for my Son's wedding. One concern was using black background. I talked with customer service and they said that there might be some cracking on the fold. I found the agent to be helpful and honest. Frankly he was correct. Most boxes were perfect. Only some had issue shown in picture. I didn't give five stars because I never do unless it is my wife's cooking.
They sent my products late, when I received them all of the items that had been printed on were smudged and had the wrong logo on them. I tried desperately to get help from customer service, but they would not rectify the mistake. They ignored emails and took forever to get back to me. Beyond unprofessional and maybe the worst online ordering experience ever. Skip the hassle!
I ordered napkins printed for the Superbowl for $25.00 as well as rush shipping of $25.00 for $50.00 total. Napkins arrived after Superbowl and are therefore of no value. Foryourparty.com has refused to refund any money. I filed a dispute with my credit card company who asked the Preside of For Your Party, Sarai, to join us in discussing the matter. She was completely unprofessional, refused to let me be heard by raising her voice and speaking over me, she insulted me to the credit card representative and then hung up.

We try our best to ship orders in the time frame that is needed to get a customer an order when they need it. In this case, UPS was delayed and her delivery arrived after the Super Bowl. UPS is reliable about 98% of the time and if they do not make a guaranteed delivery (air service only service that is guaranteed) they will refund the shipping charge and we always credit this to our customers.
