My daughters boyfriend sent her the rainbow long stem roses for Valentines Day. They were delivered on time, but they were HALF DEAD! Very old flowers with brown on the petals... and the petals were falling off. They were not the same colors as pictured either. Also, no fillers so they just flopped over in the vase that was sent. I added other flowers I happened to have so it looked like a bouquet..

Purchased two arrangements, to be delivered on Valentine's Day. First of the problems, they were delivered two days early. Second, upon opening the boxes, the flowers were already wilting/losing pedals. Third, one of the orders was incomplete, missing two gifts. Final issue, is the back and forth needed between customer service, to issue a refund. Discounts start at 5%, then 10%, then 25%, 45% and so on.
Very poor quality control and customer service.
To end my rant, the flowers already made the trash bin in just 4 days. Pathetic.

One star is a huge and undeserved praise for the ForYouFlowers, please let us rate by "negative stars": -*** (minus three stars) would be about right. Disorganized, uncaring, constantly lying, overcharging, with a terrible "multilayered" time-wasting support, and... does one call it a fraud or a thievery when ordering a nice bouquet with over a dozen roses and they deliver four fading roses and a carnation? See the photos.

Ordered flowers to be delivered on Valentine's Day, they arrive dead without any water bulbs and unacceptable. Today March 2 we received a replacement of the order again dried up no water bulbs and the recourse that we get is 30% off what I paid that's BS don't do business with this company

I was not pleased at all with my order. The flowers that were sent to me looked like they were already dying (as some had black crispy spots around the rim) and not only were they not bloomed several pedals were falling off. It has not even been a week and the flowers are completely drooping. This was my first time ordering from this company and it will definitely be my last. I have gotten better flowers that lasted longer from my local grocery store, so to pay 5x the amount and receive what they sent me was disappointing and unacceptable.

Placed an order before noon on Monday, paid extra to have it delivered sometime Tuesday. Tracking updated showing it would be delivered on Wednesday, so I got online to the chat, have conversations with TWO different employees saying it was guaranteed to be delivered by 7:00 tonight. I have chat transcript from both conversations saying that. It's not past 8:00 and I got on the chat again, this time the employee told me it wouldn't be until Wednesday. That they apologize to give me a 15 percent off coupon. I'll never use it, and I'll be calling customer service first thing in the morning. Over 100 dollars wasted for the flowers to not get here for my anniversary. I learned my lesson and will only shop local now. Never again.

An up charge of $12 for a PLASTIC liner inside a clear vase. Thought I was buying a candy striped glass vase. Flowers arrived dead. And of course today the flowers are $20 cheaper.

Unprofessional action provided by this floral company. A funeral flower arrangement was ordered one day before the visitation. Visitation was from 12-5pm. I received a phone call at 6pm the day of the visitation stating that the flowers were not delivered and did I want it delivered the next day? I refused because the funeral was over and it served no purpose. I was given a full refund but the damage was done. No flowers causing me embarrassment. If you want to be certain your flowers will arrive on time, I would not order from this company.

At 9am I received flowers. I got four roses in a vase. My boyfriend asked where the rest of the roses and the teddy bear were. 5 hours later, the teddy bear showed up. It could fit in the palm of my hand. When I asked what he paid, he said $90. The local grocery store florist that delivered my flowers charges $50 for a dozen roses. When I called to speak to ForYouFlowers they wanted to offer a 10% discount for the "inconvenience." Charging someone twice the price and giving them 1/3 the amount of flowers isn't an inconvenience. It's highway robbery. BEWARE.

Ordered flowers... tracking it. States that it will be delivered by 5pm. At 430 I check on the status and it's not delivered. Then a few hrs later I check and the system says delivered. I'm at home the whole time with a camera at my front door... there was NO delivery. Extremely disappointing.

I called on Friday 2/10 to have a flower basket arrangement sent to the Funeral Home for my sister's funeral which was the next day at 10am and I asked them to have it delivered by 9:30am. I got my confirmation number and so I thought everything was straight. The next morning at 11:43 someone called me from the business telling me that the flower arrangement was not delivered and would it be alright to deliver it to my nieces home. I told her no it was suppose to be at the funeral home already. Then she asked could it be sent to me so I could give it to her.I said no I'm in another state it was no way possible. I just cancelled my order and I am very hurt and disappointed. I will never use this establishment again.

Very disappointed with customer service tried to cancel order an hour after placed per customer service x 2 was unable because it was already processed. HOW CAN CAN THAT BE WHEN IT WONT BE DELIVERED UNTIL TUESDAY OF NEXT WEEK IT IS FRIDAY 9pm

Ordered flowers to be delivered on 12/20/22, same day delivery, got an email the flowers wasn't going to be delivered that day, refunded my same day delivery charge and flowers be delivered today, 12/21/22. Just received an email that the flowers won't be delivered today. They would be delivered tomorrow. I chose to get a refund. At this point the birthday surprise I planned is ruined.

I order a flowers for my daughter and they warranty delivery next day. After waiting the whole day, I called just to found out that the florist service was closed and they can't delivery the flowers until Monday. They offer to return 80% and delivery the flowers Monday or Tuesday instead of Saturday. PLEASE, DON'T BUY FLOWERS FROM THESE. THEY HAVE HORRIBLE SERVICE AND THEY DON'T DELIVERY THE FLOWERS ON TIME.

I got redirected accidentally online I have no clue it was late and I wasn't paying attention I worked with these people before such a SCAM! I ordered flowers for a friend late last night for Christmas when I checked my email this morning and saw the name I'm like omg HELL NO! I called to cancel which took like 30 min what a nightmare I made sure they send me an email stating it was cancelled and that my Visa card would be credited I'm sure this again will be a fight! I said DO NOT deliver the flowers because their arrangements are so bad what do they do? They deliver it! Omg what a crappy job! I'm so embarrassed I specifically said NO carnations I hate them! One rose is dead already pisses me off! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE it is a scam! First photo is what I ordered 2nd photo is what they delivered despite me stating I did NOT WANT the flowers!

I ordered a specific plant garden for a funeral. I requested a plant garden with a peace lily. The garden was smaller than was pictured and the peace lily was not included. Will not use again.The only redeeming quality was that it was delivered on time.

I ordered a dozen roses for my Sister's Birthday. They were, as I was told by Customer Service, would be there TODAY. The flowers are not there, now to be there TOMORROW. Called Customer Service and they were useless is solving the situation.

I placed an order for a small bouquet to be delivered to a funeral home the following day. Then I get a call that evening saying they needed 4 hours to create a 35.00 bouquet. I am furious. My brothers funeral and now I can't order elsewhere. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY>

that you place an order online but they don't fulfill it. Its outrageous, this is a funeral a very important thing when its your family member and the flowers don't arrive like you don't even care that your own brother passed away.

DON'T ORDER FROM LIARSOrdered Mother's Day flowers for my daughter two weeks early who just became a mother.They charged my credit card immediately. I am staying at my daughters and flowers never arrived. I called and was disconnected twice, I then sent an email at 7pm asking where are the flowers. I was sent an email back that they tried to deliver flowers but no one was home and the location was not safe to leave. THIS COMPANY LIES. We haven't left the house in two weeks. I was so sad that my daughter got nothing from me when she really could have used this pick me up. I now have to try to get my money back at difficult time to be dealing with this horrible company. I ordered flowers for my wife's birthday and Mother's Day. Her birthday was May 9 a Saturday and Mother's Day was May 10 Sunday. On the day they were supposed to be delivered I get an email saying my flowers had just cleared CUSTOMS and would arrive on Monday May 11th. Ow I had to go to my wife and tell her the flowers I ordered on May 6 wouldn't come until May 11. I sent an email to For You Flowers and asked where these flowers were coming from China since they had to clear customs when their ad says they will be delivered by a local florist. I get another email with no explanation about the customs email just sorry for the inconvenience.So needless to say Iwi. Never order flowers from them again and you shouldn't either. Thanks for letting me vent, I really felt bad having to tell my wife on her birthday about this

This has been the worst experience of purchasing flowers I have ever experienced. I will not be using fromyouflowers.com again, nor will I recommend it to any one.

I paid for a Large-Deluxe package - a Limebright flower arrangement and large box of chocolates, after taxes and shipping came to $150 which I was willing to pay (including the expedited fee that says will deliver your flowers within 4 hours of ordering). I ordered these flowers in the early morning. By 6:00pm I received an e-mail confirmation saying that the flowers/chocolates had been delivered. The recipient had not received anything. I called FromYouFlowers customer service who reimbursed me the expedited fee after they confirmed that although I received an email confirmation of delivery, that it meant the florist had marked the delivery for the next day. The next day, at 11:00am I contacted FromYouFlowers to inquire about the status of the package I ordered. They said that my flowers were being worked on in that very moment and could not guarantee a time of delivery. At 1:00pm I received an email confirmation that the flowers had been delivered, and the recipient had confirmed that they were not delivered. Again, I called customer service (3rd time) who said that the florists make mistakes by pressing the confirmation of delivery that sends its customers false emails about the delivery. The recipient, who was to feel special by this surpise delivery now got sucked into the flower-delivery-abyss. The florist contacted the recipient, a very busy business owner to let him know his delivery would be there in 15 minutes (losing more element of surpise) which turned into over 2 hours with multiple calls going between the recipient, the florist and myself. I was appalled and embarrassed that a gift to honor another person on their 14th business anniversay now turned into a complete inconvenience. The deliverer dropped the flowers off somewhere other than the business address provide to them. The back and forth between myself, the florist, the deliverer and the recipient continued with me receiving texts to have the recipient answer his phone, go outside (multiple times), etc., I cannot emphasize how moritifying this experience was. It got to the point where the florist was attempting to make us believe that the flowers were dropped off in the correct location although confirming that the delivery person could not find the suite, necessitating the owner to take pictures of his building that includes the name of the company at the top of the building, on the front door, and the suite number largely obvious on the door. When the flowers finally found themselves to the right address and business, the florist text me to have the owner go outside to the car of the deliverer - which he couldn't as he was engaged in a project with his own customers. When the flowers were intercepted, the Flowers were nothing at all like what the picture displayed - rather than being a lime-bright-green bouquet, it was full of ivory flowers. And the large box of chocolates i paid for was one thin candy bar that you can purchase for $2-3 from any store rather than the $20 I paid for. This entire experience was seriously so bad that I was embarrassed, sad, upset and in tears. A 4 hour process turned into a 2 day nightmare and the $150 that I paid was not worth the experience, the horrible delivery, the slab of chocolate and the supposed delux flower arrangement that I paid for and the recipient received. I can not understate how embarrassed, mortified and appalled I am by this entire experience, all for the intent of bringing joy and smiles to honor and celebrate a hardworking man and give acknowledgment to a special occasion
