They only take on BIG cases... They want their billions of dollars and do not care about the smaller cases. This is how these large firms can afford millions of dollars worth of advertising and I am sick and tired of seeing their lying tv commercials. The founder is a total liar. I know two people including myself that have been denied cases, but were taken on by another law firm. Not fair business practice and certainly not professional.
The customer service was excellent, everything was describe the proper way time consuming and im just ready for a great team (lawyer) to handle my case 8 know i will be one happy satisfied client
