If they'll take your case, use them. I tried local 3 lawyers I knew personally and they couldn't touch a case or come near the results Morgan and Morgan got me. I hesitated to use a firm like this but they are the modern business plan for a legal practice. Cases have overhead and small firms can't write off what they can. Plus their lawyers are great and I think on salary. Even on issues the can't help with they have still been polite and didn't waste any of my time.
Best Civil Lawyer Firm in the Nation. Unfortunately I've had horrible civil lawyers, they appear to only hire great ones. And they don't just have one. In a jurisdictions they aren't open in yet I had to pay 50% to get screwed and I'm still dealing with my insurance company Bc another firm didn't close the case out right.
