Well I tried to use them with an appeal for my grandsons ssa. Took two weeks for phone appointment then the day of the app. They hung up on me twicw could contact back with who i was talking to so had to explain why I was calling three time. Then the rep said hold on let me tralk to my tean 3 minutes later oh we cant help you. My guess was they werent going to make enough money off of it. But if you listen to there ad. Why you are on the phone it talks about his brother not getting justice because being poor...well this is to let you know I give you a chance the way I was treated never will evne talk to you or about your services to anyone...BYE
