We were emotionally injured entrapped and assaulted by a dollar general manager on camera in the managers assault vehicle into oncoming traffic and he tried to take our lives. Dollar general parking lot in banner elk NC at 4pm September 11th... Completely insulting. We were stalked on oct 2nd 5 pm to 3 businessess and entrapped in another roaring lot... No help to do the little jobs or the big ones... I really appreciate any help but the fact i get a response of oppression to my demand is such bad taste for this firm the dollar general. Someone tried to kill us and we're laughed at. We're still stalked and ongoing harassment

I fell and hurt my shoulder, the doctor I had miss diagnosed my shoulder, I called Morgan and Morgan, they assigned me a lawyer. This lawyer did not do anything but send a letter and they denied her, She then called me this and told me my case was only worth 10k at the most and dropped me. Turns out after surgery my rotator cuff was cut 90% my bicep muscle was held on by 2 mil of tendon. And it's worth more than 10k. Morgan and Morgan are just any lawyer than signs up with them and shares the wealth. So if you were in a car accident any lawyer can handel that, but anything else then do not call Morgan and Morgan.
I went to Morgan and Morgan after tripping and falling in a store, fractured my hip and had to have surgery. The case manager, Clara Rhodes, was rude and unprofessional everytime I contacted her to check on my case. They led mevon for 4 months and then dropped the case. I was told that the reason was because the Company that I was sueing did not respond back with the name of their insurance information. My attorny was Elaine Cheng... whom i have never talked to. For the people? No!

Although they have nice people answering their phones, they don't do plastic surgery cases like they claim. Don't bother even telling them your story, you will get denied on the spot.
They took my case did nothing and then just quit on my case and said they couldn't get in touch with me. Evertime I called them voice mail. They really unprofessionally. And there for sure not for the people. Maybe there people not us.

WILL be robbed. I can 100% guarantee you. I have had two cases with them and it's the WORST mistake I've ever made in my life. Absolute nightmare! They are a bunch of white collar crooks. They pass your case from lawyer to lawyer within the firm so they are all getting a piece of the pie and then they pump up the medical prices and use others company's they are affiliated to, add them to the case, so they can ALSO get a pie of the pie leaving the injured person with barely any money to receive. ABSOLUTE bunch of fraudster I pray God deals with them.
