For sale by inventor has been with me every step of the way. All the people that work there are very knowledgeable, professional & willing to help you. I never had to go to customer service. It is not a quick thing so patients is a virtue because companies take there time to decide. I am glad I went with them, you will be to.

Was very impressed with my account rep, Steve. Prices for the work specified seemed more than reasonable. I will wait and see if there will be other costs down the road. I expect patent filing fees and other cost related amounts to receive my patent, which would be a reasonable amount to ask for but hope I am not in a spiral as to unexpected fees for thier services. So far, excellent information and service.

For sale by inventor is a great website for people that need to get going in right direction. Even though my idea was not the right suite for their company, I wil keep working on my idea and submit any new ideas to them!

I have had previous inventions but unfortunately submitted them to another company and therefore a very unimaginative person is currently receiving income from my idea. I have discovered that for sale by inventor is not such a company therefore you are like a breath of fresh air.

I contacted For Sale By Inventor about an idea for a product. They were very knowledgeable and i had a very good experience thus far. Donnie the rep. Has done everything he has said promptly returning calls and walking me through the whole process. I would highly recommend this company.

I believe you ask for too much information at first contact. I know you want my business but I may not be ready yet to commit. Anyway, I will check your booklet and see what is the path to follow. How do you work? What are your fees?
You offered a booklet with information about patents and other inventors tips but even though I have received about half a dozen e-mails, I can't see a link to download it.

I just wished it laid out more of what is expected. Like how much is it gonna cost me in the long run I am disabled and only get 860.00 dollars a month. Not much by the time I pay bills I am lucky if I have two nickels to rub together I just want to make sure that if I agree to do this that all the i's get dotted and all the t's crossed I could really use some good luck for a change.

The information and step by step personal help is totally exceptional. So far the time and effort in schooling me on today's do and don't in the market place. Walking thru each step I need to take and explaining in detail how to protect and patent my product.they definitely have my attention, leaving me eager and ready to get the ball rolling. Not sure if document was submitted. There weren't any instructions for loading multiple documents where I had to submit each one separately causing the description to duplicate and triplicate. Also, when doing multiple loads of the documents the additional inventor names were lost.
Instructions need to be made clearer.
