Terrible, just terrible. There is an inordinate amount of MOLD growing on my Foreo Luna. It's unsanitary and dangerous. The company's response was worse. Not only did they accuse me of causing the mold problem myself by storing it in the bathroom (which I do not do) but they claimed my product was a fake because the serial number is on the bottom of the Luna and gets washed away because you are using it with soap and water! When I provided proof of purchase, they changed their tune, but were basically unwilling to honor their own warranty and provide a new product or explain why this was happening. Oh, and they also suppress reviews on websites like this because they don't want people knowing the truth about their product.
It cleanses my skin without been rough and dry. Its soft easy to clean, has unpleasant growth on it, the battery lasts for long time.
My experience with FOREO has been extremely disappointing. When I received my UFO 2 in December 2023, I immediately noticed it was not functioning properly. The device kept disconnecting halfway through sessions and failed to heat up properly during red light therapy/thermal heating.
I promptly reached out to customer support for assistance. Despite following their troubleshooting steps, the issue persisted. I was then instructed to file a claim. However, the process became a frustrating cycle of redundant requests.
In the email, an advisor asked me to repeat the same steps I had already followed and then was requested to take a video of the faulty product and even disassemble it for photographic evidence. Feeling uncomfortable with this request, I expressed my willingness to return the product in its original condition and box, even if it meant having to pay for shipping!
Throughout this ordeal, I continuously followed up with customer support, only to be met with promises of someone getting back to me within 48 hours, which never materialized. To make matters worse, we had a family death, which understandably diverted my attention and so I couldn't keep following up.
After trying once again to get in touch with their customer support team, I was informed that my assigned advisor had quit,and that someone else will be reaching out to me soon. This lack of continuity and professionalism is unacceptable, especially considering this is my SIXTH purchase from FOREO and despite being a loyal customer, I have been treated with disregard and frustration! They clearly have no respect for their customers whatsoever.
Moreover, I'm convinced that most of the reviews are either paid or fake. Safe to say I have lost faith in FOREO and will not be purchasing their products in the future. I'm just saddened that I wasted so much money ordering a faulty product.
I bought the Foreo toothbrush for 47.00 it stopped working after three weeks I was unable to return it because it came in a blister pack that had to be cut open which I did not keep. Not worth it
I recently found a new product, the FOREO LUNA 3 Massager for Facial Cleansing. LUNA 3 is related to an application from FOREO. I've been using LUNA 3 for over 2 months and after washing, I have had better results from my everyday moisturizers and creams.
A few months into my use of this product, I had a slight malfunction with the charging port, but I emailed Foreo and they graciously sent me a brand new product within days! I was amazed at her prompt and considerate customer service, even way past the standard return date. I look forward to using my brush in the years to come!
There were so many things I wanted to know about their products. This site def answered all of my questions and more. I got advice how to take better care of my skin. Products are amazingly designed and from personal experience I can claim Luna is the best thing you can get for your skin.
I had the opportunity to try one of Foreo products and I am really satisfied how the face brush is working. I have very sensitive skin on my face and wanted a delicate face brush. With some reviews complaining that this brush is too soft, it sounded like the right choice for me. Their website is also very informative in how the products should be used and how they can help anyone with problematic skin or even keep healthy skin under control.
This site is always fresh and with the latest products and updates about their products. Everything is nicely sorted. I really like how every product has its own page in a way where I learned things about the product that I've been using for couple of months now. If You like Foreo products you will love this page.
With that device you will have pure and bright skin and I can say for sure that starting use that product my face became so good and still for now.
One minus is that it costs a lot, but you should buy it once and receive a great result in future.
I got myself a silicone brush from Foreo and have been sing it for few months now. I use it twice a day as recommended and my face became so much softer and feels fresh all the time. I won't give up this brush any time soon. It is my favorite thing now!
I always wanted to get Luna Cleanser, but I was nervous that materials used for it could have been of bad quality. I finally bought it from Foreo, and I am very satisfied. My skin became better and the quality is great. I recommend it.

Nice website, great selection and lots of pictures and sample videos. The only thing that bothered me was that i sometimes get lost on the page looking for something and scrolling endlessly to find it. Otherwise it is very easy on the eyes website.
After several days of weighing which face brush to choose I made a decision and went to order it. Surprising enough, I later found out there was a test on their site where I can answer couple of questions and find out which is my skin type which I did and surprisingly it was not the same brush I thought it would be. I made an order and I am very satisfied with it. I can clearly see the difference on my skin.
