“Horrible customer service”

Why do I order something for Christmas and I get a dirty coat. They don't respond promptly or almost not at all. What kind of service is that? Then they are charging me to send it back when it wasn't my error in the first place then they try to brush me off by offering to get it cleaned. I don't want it cleaned I want it replaced shipping reimbursed. That's what good customer service is. I would NOT recommend anyone shop here if this is what the outcome will be. I'm livid my son doesn't have a coat because this business doesn't know how to properly run a business.

I had a horrible experience when ordering from Footasylum. The first order came without any problems but when I returned it for an exchange to a size up that when the terrible issues occurred. I received what I thought was the exchange but upon opening it was very upset to find a old broken box from another different brand full of rubbish pieces of broken wood, newspaper, polystyrene and all sorts other junk. When I attempted repeatedly to make contact with the customer service team to arrange a refund it was completely hopeless. They would not accept it saying that they had received my return parcel of no trainers but a broken plate so they had sent it back to me. It really did not make any sense at all. They would not accept my word on what had happened and were really unhelpful. This happened at the end of August 2023 and I have not received any refund so remain out of pocket for £70.00. I do not know if this is a problem with the company or the courier they used as I return the parcel via inpost locker and the second parcel full of rubbish was delivered to me via Evri but either way I would strongly advise against making any purchases from them.
