The elimination of Matthew last night was just stupid! He worked very hard! Yes, he could use a lesson in humility but he deserved an opportunity to do a pilot. Rusty can never do well on film! Matthew learned how to shine! So... he got over zealous with the number of ingredients! That was not as bad as Rusty stumbling all over his words all the time! And... shame on the Network for allowing the despicable display of Giada's poor taste! I guess she feels the need to flaunt her cleavage! Disgusting! She needs to get over herself! Not everyone wants to see her boobs!
Why don't they answer my emails? - I love the Food Network, per se. I was just floored to find they had changed their website with new colors and format. Frankly, I may be alone in this but, I hate their new colors. That red and black drives me nuts, the pages turn very slowly (like they're sticking) and trying to find something on the page is a little tedius. I have voiced my comments to The Powers That Be there but, so far, have not gotten a response. I merely asked if it were possible to go back to their old format which I thought was easier to navigate. What'cha think? Will I get a response or is this their modus operandi? Just curious.
I love The Kitchen on the FoodNetwork. The interaction between hosts is fun. However, can someone help with Sonny's makeup. She looks like she's dressed in costume for Halloween most every episode. From her lips (yikes), fingernails, hair to clothes - double yikes! Very hard to watch her. And, enough with all of the drinking. Stick to food.
Dear Alton Brown, before cutthroat kitchen, you were the one person that anybody on the culinary word could depend on with your scientific explanations and your theories about food. Cutthroat kitchen is the most unprofessional show I have ever watched, people scampering for no reason, forced to work under conditions that they are never going to experience anytime in their real life work, it is not even funny, the extend to which the criteria are given are ridiculous.
I have loved the food network and magazine for years. I don't always agree with the recipes sometimes go for months without trying. But still push on for those awesome ones! This months issue may 2019. Can't tell exactly the issue #. Just made me not want to subscribe again. Who ficken cares what your people buy at Trader Joe's. This is the level we have sunk to? No issue with TJ. Just so lame.
Food network has always been one of my favorite channels, not so much anymore. I'm tired of all the competition shows, so many of them. I would like to learn some recipes and new cooking techniques. I love DDD, but it's on way to much and it's always years old.
When is The Kitchen going to shape up. Get rid of Sunny. She's a big mouth, rude glutinous person who looks like a clown. Then there is Jeff who can bust anyone's ear drums with his big mouth. We come to Katie whose screechy voice would make you change the channel. The other two are okay, as long as they don't copy any of the other threes bad habits.
What happened to, you know, actual cooking? Showing people how to make stuff. I used to like Worst Cooks, but it's now a hyper-jangly-loud-not-funny mashup of stupidity. Not entertaining so much as OVER PRODUCED. Just calm down. Also, how many Chopped can one watch in a week? So tired of dumb competitions. Talk to us. Show interesting things about, you know, food. Cooking. Cooking tools. Real stuff. Stop the noise! Stop trying to be entertaining. I'd really like to like this network again.
I love the Food Network and their gorgeous website. What is great is that you can search for a recipe and you'll get one from several different chefs. It is a little slow for some pages, but when you consider the wealth of information on the site and the millions of people accessing it at all times, it's not bad at all.
Sunnny Anderson is so loud and eats everything in sight. The camera has caught her eating like a pig. The kitchen would be better off without her. Everyone else is refined. She is so annoying on beat Bobby Flay. I hate watching her, her ya know what I means,are more than annoying! I love the kitchen and fell Jeff would be a good grill master. Please do us all a favor and let her go. I've seen her team mates being annoyed at her eating. No manners, simply uncouth! Don't enjoy her one bit. More of the others, not her, fire her please.
Used to love Sat and Sun morning shows with different chefs/cooks. Not anymore. Almost all are repeats of same chefs/cooks. Old and tired. I do not watch anymore. Food Network really needs new programming to remain viable.
Content geared to idiots. A John Belushi "Animal House " type food fight might be refreshing. Giada's cleavage best looking dish on network and distracting enough to hide her innate lack of talent. Food Network has become the Barnum and Bailey of gastronomy.
Cooking channel is very disappointing. Too many competition shows. And too many cooking with celebrities. I used to enjoy very much watching the kitchen but today is probably the last time I will watch it cannot stand sunny. She is loud takes over the whole show eats everything. I really like Geoffrey Zacharian but somebody needs to help him with his wardrobe. His suit jackets are too small and a lot of his other outfits are excuse me give me a break. He has no wardrobe sense at all. Also with Sunny never thought about it til reading other reviews and I do like her but yes on the Kitchen she is a bit in your face loud and obnoxious
I have watch chop, guy supermarket, iron chef, beat Bobby flay, junior bakers, etc. I enjoyed these shows but I am noticing that African Americans seem to not win, it's very seldom. I don't want to say it but most of these shows seem to be very bias African Americans are not win and if they do it's by a major fluke or everyone had screwed up and had no choice but let them win. I know I am just an ordinary woman but I am almost too the point not wanting to watch anymore shows anymore it's like the network make sure that anyone beside a African American don't win and not say sometimes they should loose but out of a 100 or more episode 1 black win
I used to like watching "Best Bakers in America" but this season they have really messed it up! I don't like the new format at all. I usually don't mind Carla Hall but she just acts goofy on this and the new format just doesn't cut it for me. Another decent show gone by the way side!
I've been a fan for years. I have a health condition so TV is my entertainment. I'm also on a fixed income. Now to have to pay more than what cox cable already charges is a no go so I will not be able to watch you any longer. I'm extremely upset.
Watching this from Australia in 2018. So far I've seen every show a MINIMUM of four times. It plays at night, repeats in the morning, afternoon, and I'm lucky enough to catch it AGAIN tonight as it's the weekend. And god forbid you catch the "Small Business Secrets" segment. You'll see that every day for a week at least! Y'all need to just take this rubbish channel back. Can safely say most of Australia doesn't want it anymore.
Viewer for years but Guy's DDD & Grocery Games only show families can watch without gay contestants peddling their lifestyle on Chopped, Holiday Baking and Christmas Cookie shows, etc. Enough already! Traditional families and children have been viewers for many years and have the right not to be exposed to it. If you are a contestant, act like one, but don't parade pictures of a lifestyle that is offensive to my family viewing it.
I love the kitchen. I also think Sonny Anderson is so annoying I have actually considered just not watching it anymore. Has she never learned to just pass the plate to the next person instead of plowing and before everyone else or instead of anybody else because there will be three people down the line that haven't even been passed a plate if she happened to have gotten her hands on it first.
