The iSi Flex-it Silicone Measuring Cup Set is wonderful! I use it in place of all my other measuring cups, especially the heavy glass ones. The price was very reasonable compared to other websites.

I ordered a head set from this company because they specifically showed they had it in stock in the blue color I wanted. My order confirmation also specified that the headphone color was blue. The shipping was timely for my Christmas order. However the headset was black not blue. My granddaughter was a bit disappointed.
Paid 15 extra for delivery, its been a week and package hasn't hit the carrier. I contacted FedEx and they haven't received any package, focuscamera blames FedEx and is trying to con me out of my money. I just filed with the better business bureau and will do a fraud chargeback with my bank tomorrow. This has been a horror story

Order a Camera Bundle for an EOS 80D, received mostly everything but the most important item the camera. Now that I have, I have made some research online it seems like FC is used to doing this to customer, so either you guys are scamming people or Im not sure. I have been talking to this young man who has been nice, yet has made me feel like its my fault. The first thing I was told last friday when I called was please send photos of everything. I did that right away. Now I keep being told you need 24 hours then you need another 24-40 hours again. Then I keep being told the camera was in the box? When it wasn't, not to mention the bag had some defects and also there was an item that was switch with another item which I chose not to make a big deal about it. At first I just wanted my camera sent, but since I started to see that you guys didnt not want to really help a customer (rule #1 the customer is always right) I decided that I no longer wanted to continue my business with FC. Instead I just want to resolves this and would like a shipping label so I can send back the few items I receive. If my card gets charge I will take legal action against your company because it seems like this has been done to a lot of customers lately. I need this matter resolved as soon as possible. It shouldn't take more than a week to figure out what happen to a camera that wasn't shipped to my home, either you guys sent the wrong box, forgot to put the item inside the box, or I would hate to accused someone of stealing and scamming me for $949.00, which is pretty pathetic & sad. God knows all things.
