This is our honest review, from April 2nd, 2020, of the classifieds system Flynax created and also from our experience working with them. This review will contain 3 major negative points because we do not recommend the system nor the company.
False advertising with iOS and Android apps.
The classifieds app for iOS and Android has nothing to do with the web version. There are no filters, meaning if your category has 1000 ads, users of the apps will have to paginate all 1000 ads page-by-page.
Poor performance
The reason the software works well in their demos is that it has only 30 ads and 5 users. We have a database of a couple of thousands of ads plus a few hundred users and everything runs sluggish. We evaluated other platforms too and even Wordpress style sites can handle the same database without problems. This is also false advertising.
Difficult to work with
Staff members like John, David, and Viktor have a poor command of English but will be the ones responding to your tickets. Often, it feels their replies are pre-written because they don't address the topic. They also have a hard time understanding requirements and are slow to deliver. For example, a developer named Viktor was assigned a customization to allow the creation of a new type of form field (tag input, from bootstrap). After one month he showed us a hardcoded field and with hardcoded datasets, completely missing the point of the customization that was written in clear English. Also, 30 days to create a hardcoded form field? It's a 2h job.
The business model of this company is to sell the script, and that's why after-sale services such as support and customizations are so bad. Knowing their product is inferior, they have written a harsh Refund Policy that you can check at https://www.flynax.com/flynax-software-eula.html#Refund-Policy.
So, when you are looking to buy Flynax - they would sign you a sweet song about fast support, powerful functionality, community support, etc, but once you pay - the fairytale is gone.
1. Posting your questions to community forum is useless. You may be lucky to get a reply from other community member in 1 of 10 cases max. Flynax staff wouldn't even bother writing a formal reply.
2. Posting CS tickets is useless. Your inquiries, even urgent, shall remain unanswered for days and then you get a ridiculous reply like "You did not understand how CMS works" without any further explanation. Oh, by the way, that is what you get from PAID support. Yes, you should pay, not to get any support.
3. Plenty of bugs, weird logic in adjusting your project and so forth.
I only gave two stars instead of one, because this COULD be a great product, it does have potential, but the customer service and management teams must be replaced with people who care.
I purchased general classified software at flynax. The web script the ios and android app.
Well, the products are not bad in general but the way they organized admin pannel is super complicated.
The worst thing i can say, that after you purchase, there is almost no support.
Even i payed for publishing my apps to appstore, i almost had to beg them to do it.
Worst support ever.
When you say that Flynax support is worst you must be fair to yourself and to visitors reading your review.
You bought the software license along with the Apps on March 05,2018 and on March 15 we already uploaded your App to the Apple Test Flight service for testing.
You had some problems with the Albanian language and push notifications. We helped you with the issues. Then you had a problem with your port and it took some time too.
We prepared everything for publishing your App and gave you our recommendations about the content of your App but you took no notice of them and submitted the App with the demo content. For this reason, your App was rejected. After the failure, we sent you the source code at your request.
We agree there could have been some minor delays in communication but the word "worst" means that we didn't provide any support to you, which was not true. We admit our errors and oversights but you're totally biased about our support in this particular case.
There is a great support on simple things and thy 24 hours help desk good experience so far spicily with Natalie.
I want to write about my experience with Flynax System, but I want to put my previous experience with WordPress, where I was facing problems with speed and purchasing the theme and plugins. Despite all that, I was facing problems with speed. No matter how much I tried to develop the site or buy plugins to speed up, it was of no use. What I noticed distinctively is speed. The Flynax system is without any external additions or annual payments for it.
Here are some of the features I found:
1- The budget is appropriate, as it would have cost me to design a website starting from $4,000, as I found mostly what I need for only $195, and this is an insignificant amount compared to getting a classified ads site with this amount only for the beginning.
2-Customization exactly as you need with superior craftsmanship, Viktor helped me customize everything on the site. He was a patient person. I want to thank him for the results he achieved, his patience, and for giving me good prices.
3- Additional plugins that have more features, They have more than 90 plugins that help expand the features of your site. Many of them are free and the paid ones are reasonably priced compared to the price of customizing a function for each task performed by the plugin, and they are also constantly developing it.
4-The trial version gives you 15 days of free trial, which is a great thing to explore whether the system suits you or not.
5- Support response: Here we may differ between the person who has worked before with web designers or not. If you have not dealt with professional designers before, you will be disappointed. However, if you want to get the best results with the utmost safety and quality, you must be patient, But be 100% confident that they will not ignore any requests you make and will give you advice. In my experience, it was New Year's and this is considered a season, but I got everything I wanted 100%.

You say that our mobile Apps have nothing to do with the web version, that is, they don't offer the functionality of the web script. You're absolutely right but for one thing - our site and the App description don't say anything that our mobile Apps offer the same functionality. You should have played with the mobile App free trial to see for yourself what it offers before the purchase. We don't try to talk prospects into buying our script because we know that we might end up talking like this.
Your statement about the script being slow is totally false. You think that you've been cheated and you try to find every fault with our script but what you say is not true because we've built a number of massive projects with thousands of listings and concurrent users and they work fine. We're not sure you set up your server correctly. For your information, Wordpress users switch to our script because we offer a specialized classifieds script that cannot work slower than Wordpress. We're not writing articles here, we're writing quality code; this is our priority. Yes, Viktor is not a native speaker of English but he understands it very well and can easily get needed details from a customer. Viktor has a number of fans who are very happy to order customizations from him. He knows the script like the back of his hand and the fact that the result didn't meet your expectations means that your spec was quite ambiguous and described part of the needed functionality. It was our fault that we got to your customization without clarifying the spec. He is going to review and quote your last customization and we won't get to it until we clarify every point in your spec.
It is not true because we have a number of customers, who run a few licenses, and they keep getting ones as their projects thrive. The majority of companies offering intangible products offer the same refund policy. For this reason, we offer the free trial and Demo site so you could see for yourself if the script meets your requirements.
