This website scams you. They double charge you at once. Then when you call them to complain you get laughed at by the people who work there. You get told theres nothing you can prove. Stay away from this website and keep your cell phone number away from them also. Had to take this to verizon to get a solution. TY VERIZION :D
I agree--this site is very bad. I didn't even register and they charged me just for entering my phone number for a supposed free download. They texted me back giving a PIN number, which I didn't enter (therefore, my membership shouldn't have been activated), but they ended up charging me $20, which is their highest plan! What a piece of bull. It seems like a bogus company, and if you want to write a complaint by mail, you should address it to someone named "John." Nope, no last name. Just "John." They woudln't give you a refund either. Total ripoff.
Spam site - this site lures you to their site with the promise of free downloads. They send a text to your cell phone with a pin number. If you enter that pin number they will deduct 19.99 from your phone before you know that it is a bogus "free" download. They will NOT refund your money. You are just out 19.99 no matter who you talk to. Thats BULL CRAP. If they can take the money off you phone why can't they put it back on. It was nonrefundable and I DIDN'T GET JACK $#*!!
