I had the winnig bid for a cd but they never sent it, i have contacted there custumers suport and got no help what so ever. So i have lost money and still not got my cd so please stay away from this site

Won a kindle in may 2011 but it never arrived

Won a kindle in may 2011 but it never arrived. Co said that a courier tried to deliver but i never had any contact from a courier! I said i did not want a refund - just delivery of the kindle- Company went ahead and refunded auction price and bids and said they would not reply to any future correspondance. Steer clear
