Fühle mich betrogen! Wollte einen Flug an einem bestimmten Datum buchen. Während des Buchungsprozesses wurde das Datum des Fluges geändert ohne das ich dies bemerkt hatte. Nach Abschluss der Buchung bekam ich eine Nachricht, dass ich ein Alternativdatum gebucht hätte?! Ich habe mich sofort an Flug.de gewandt mit der Bitte um Stornierung, wurde jedoch nur an die entsprechende Fluggesellschaft verwiesen (wo die Umbuchung/Stornierung erhebliche Kosten verursacht hätte). Garantiert nie wieder!
Worst on-line travel agency ever. During the booking process the fees and rates grow. They require one to contact them within 24 hrs but do not respond themselves. Not to mention that the service phone numbers are 900 numbers and therefore cost quite a bit. We had to consult a lawyer to get everything back on track. Once again- do not facilitate! Where went the Brand name "Made in Germany"?
