Peaceful Garden spray for funeral, ordered deluxe version, although the arrangement was somewhat similar to picture it looked like near half the flowers were missing, very sparce in actual number of flowers and fullness esoecially in center of the arrangement. It looked cheap. I was somewhat embarrassed. Out of respect, I did not take a picture of what was delivered for proof, inappropriate for me to do so, as it was placed beside an open casket during the visitatation & service.

My daughter was happy but I spent alot of money and was kind of disappointed. The balloons were tied to a stick and put in a separate planter, not even with the flowers. Not floating like we have always had in the past. Now maybe the flower shop was having issues and did the best they could with what they had. I say 3 because my 11yr old was happy but I will probably go with another company from now on.

My usual go to for online flower purchasing is Canada flowers but I had been disspointed by substititions and delivery delays so I decided to try this site as they were Canadian and a local GTA family business. My checkout price for the delux flowers and delivery was $77 however when I went to pay through paypal I noticed that the price was now $102 in CAD. No where on the site did it mention that the prices were in American USD, nor did I expect this as I looked for a local Canadian site. The arrangment was not worth $102 CAD. I did not proceed with the order as this was beyond my budget. I can drive down to my favourite florist at Broadview and Danforth (across from the Loblaws) and for $50 choose the most beutiful bouquet and have the florist hand tie it, and still have enough money left over to take mt friend out for lunch and pay for the gas to drive the 30km back and forth. Please change all your pricing to CAD.

Double check your prices before placing the order.

I do appreciate that the company managed to deliver what I ordered at the appropriate time and my purchased was well received by the recipient. However, I was not impressed by their misleading prices in USD. I was unaware that the prices were in USD. My perceived $86 CAD purchase turned out to be over $110 CAD. The website does not have currency or currency options listed, nor does it have an option to show local currency (I will make a note here that if there is something on their website regarding currency, it is not readily viewable or accessable or visible. Most reputable website have currency in the top corner or their website or their website has country flags, or currency indications). I did a web search for local "Canadian" florists that deliver and it appeared like their website/company was Canadian. The link to their website had ".../Canada/..." in the link, which would suggest that the organization was aware that I was a Canadian customer and I should be viewing prices in Canadian dollars. I find that their website is very misleading with regards to currency.

I thought for 116.00 they would send a nice arraignment, could have bought the same. For 27.00 dollars at qfc, or local shop. Fought them for a refund, but they would not budge, finally got 20% back, maybe. Buyer beware, once you purchase you are on the Hook, they do not do refunds. On the phone for five days. Karma is a $#*!, will never use them again.

I ordered the arrangement and paid extra for Sunday delivery. They give you time slots to choose from which apparently never apply. My arrangement was supposed to be delivered on Sunday, however funerals and weddings take precedence and it was an extra 10 bucks for Sunday delivery! They never arrived. You can't call anyone however, I received an email saying they were going to credit me for the delivery fee and give me an upgrade. They arrived at 7:00pm on Monday and they looked exactly like the picture. For the money I spent, I could've ordered directly from a local florist or gotten something from Amazon at half the price! I won't order from them again. Seriously this was over $100.00! Let's see if I get the "credit ".

I live in IL. Friend was in hospital in AZ. Ordered a $175 gift tray to be delivered to his hospital room. Didn't arrive on day promised. Multiple problems. Was delivered to some random location in the medical complex, not to the room or floor. Did not notify us where it was left. Form asks for recipients phone number. Should be contact person as he was in hospital. Checked his phone and was a call from AZ florist but no message as to where it was delivered. Customer service closed so no way to contact them to check on order. Daughter of friend saw the gift sitting unattended at a reception desk in the lobby and took it. Customer service called next day but seemed disinterested in correcting the issues surrounding the delivery. If you are not going to deliver to the individual specified on the order, contact SOMEONE to tell them where the item is. Will not use this company again. There are too many other flower delivery services on line to bother with this company. Do not recommend.

Be prepared for delivery to location other than specified

I fell in love with "Pastel Crescent Spray" (Premium) because of the flow in design! What was delivered was "Gentle Thoughts Spray" definitely not the design I wanted!

Send flowers to my sister to brighten her birthday however the flowers were delivered 5.19pm way too late to have a greater experience, the quality of the flowers seem okay.

Tip for consumers:
Make sure you put in a delivery time as my order did not show up until 5.19pm for a birthday celebration.

They refunded the account in keeping with good business practice...

After this correspondence:

Sara this is my fourth communication and I am becoming very motivated
To speak out.

I ordered the flowers based on your promise they would be delivered Friday...
You sent email with instruction to cancel order because you failed to
Deliver Friday...
I canceled the order as instructed on Friday
Even though the order was canceled Friday, you sent the flowers anyway
Saturday...
Because you failed to deliver on time as promised, I bought other flowers...
You know you failed to fulfill your promise, you then failed to
Process the cancellation properly and now because you fail to take
Proper responsibility for your actions, I continue to be
Inconvenienced by your failures causing me to spend more time trying
To get fair treatment. It is a matter of principle...

Do you really think it is okay to make someone pay for flowers twice
