Flowers were beautiful and sent to relative on time--even though I called at the last minute! The merchant was friendly and helpful in deciding what to send.
Peaceful Garden spray for funeral, ordered deluxe version, although the arrangement was somewhat similar to picture it looked like near half the flowers were missing, very sparce in actual number of flowers and fullness esoecially in center of the arrangement. It looked cheap. I was somewhat embarrassed. Out of respect, I did not take a picture of what was delivered for proof, inappropriate for me to do so, as it was placed beside an open casket during the visitatation & service.
First of all the customer service representatives are ghost, you can not and I mean can not get anybody. My arrangement looked so freaking cheap, I swear I could of made something that looked a thousand times better than that and more expensive. They charged me for 6 balloons but only delivered 2. My flowers were not at all what I ordered. The color was completely different. If your looking a a refund you might want to dispute it with your bank because you will not be getting it from these con artist. 0 out of 10 do not recommend.

I ordered a pot of azalea flowers to be delivered to my granddaughters specifically on March 9th to mark the 100-year anniversary of a special family history event. Yes. You read right. 100 year anniversary. It had to be azaleas and it had to be March 9,2024. They failed to deliver. The flowers never came at all!
I will not be around one hundred years from now to mark the 200-year anniversary.
I have a bitter taste in my mouth of a great disappointment.

Received flowers at 830 pm Easter night when it was supposed to be for Saturday. No florist name, hydrangeas were dead 12 hous later...company is saying we tampered with arrangement. Stay far away!
Ordered a deluxe version of an arrangement off their website of Purple roses, Blue carnations and other flowers. Over $106.00. What I received was 6 purple rose with filler in an arrangement worth about $30.00. I ask that they pickup the arrangement and give me a refund, but they refused multiple times. First pics is order, second is what we received.
Ordered these for a friend. Was delivered timely. When I received the picture of the arrangement I was heartbroken. The arrangement barely resembled what I ordered. It was messy, sparse looking, roses were cut way higher than the other flowers and were flopping over, and there was random foliage in there that was not in the picture. Reached out to the company to tell them I was dissatisfied and even sent pictures. The response I got was you get what you get essentially. Also paid $96 for this.

No one had bothered to inform that no delivery will take place. Can you imagine sending flowers for a Birthday, paying for them, family waiting and nothing comes.

Ordered an azalea bush for our Aunt's funeral. They sent about 6 carnations and 2 other flowers in it's place. Tried to get in touch with customer service, my mom gave them our order number and was put on hold until the call dropped. Then couldn't reach them. Seem liked they figured my parents wouldn't be at the funeral since they live in Maryland and was needing the flowers delivered to a funeral home in Tampa the following day. Pretty despicable. Charging people a pretty good penny and then delivering whatever the heck they want. Wish I would have seen all the bad reviews before I used this company.
Do yourself a favor, and go through a different flower company! You can see what I ordered and what they sent, not remotely close!

Honestly wish i could give zero stars. Purchased rush delivery for before noon and was contacted around 4pm stating they were unable to deliver due to some error that could not be addressed until then and now all the drivers were gone for the day. Why would this mistake happen if the flowers were supposed to be delivered by noon? Wouldn't the mistake or error be able to be corrected had i been contacted at that time instead of the end of the day of their business hours? I could care less about the 75$ refund of my money, the principle is that they ruined what was supposed to be a nice surprise for my mothers birthday who lives out of town. What a garbage company with no respect or appreciation for people who spend money. I should have known better than to support some company with the most minimal contact information. 10/10 do not recommend to anyone.
Wish I could have gotten what I paid for but instead I got a different basket with different colors and no bird/nest. This last minute substitution was done too late for me to cancel and had to get a replacement. Take the substitute offer or your Mom gets nothing. No discount, no consolation. Take it or leave it.
Purchased a funeral spray for a family member. Was not able to attend due to distance and time needed to make it. Paid extra for early delivery to funeral home. Family members advised it was first- on time and second- the spray was beautiful according to family members who were able to attend. Was happy it was on time and beautiful. Thanks again, will recommend this site to others.

I recently placed an order with this company with high hopes for a special occasion. However, my experience turned out to be an absolute nightmare from start to finish. I placed the order on 12/29, expecting a delivery on 12/30. Did I receive it on time? Absolutely not. The delivery was delayed until 1/2, completely ruining the intended moment.
To make matters worse, the item I ordered was a cymbidium, but what I received was a sad-looking phalaenopsis that was half dead, dumped unceremoniously in a cheap tin can with a price tag of $3.99 still attached to it. It was evident that no care or attention had been given to the arrangement or presentation. It felt like a blatant scam, taking advantage of unsuspecting customers.
I attempted to contact customer service, but to my dismay, they were completely nonexistent. No response to emails, and when I had the audacity to call, their so-called "help" was utterly useless. It's as if they purposely ignored their customers, leaving us in the dark with no resolution or assistance.
I cannot stress enough how disappointed I am with this whole experience. This company has proven to be untrustworthy, providing subpar products and an abysmal level of customer service. Save your time, money, and special moments by avoiding this company at all costs. There are far better options out there that actually value their customers.

This is the worst floral delivery experience I've ever had. I ordered $220 of flowers, but what my friend received looked nothing like what I ordered. So upsetting because her mother passed away and they were meant to cheer her up. When I reached out to the company, they really didn't care at all. They said the arrangements met their standards. So, that means what they advertise on their website is just false because they really have no intention of insuring that customers receive quality products. I have pictures, but they are not formatted to be uploaded. Very disappointing. Definitely do yourself a favor and find another florist. You will be disappointed with this one.

I ordered flower as a get well gift. The first picture is what I ordered, and the pumpkin picture is what was received. The plastic under the pumpkin vase is there to collect the water coming out of the vase. I paid $57.02 including the delivery fee. The flowershopping.com could not have the corrected flowers delivered, At the end they gave me $5.00 off.
Ordered flowers from here for my friend after she had her new baby. They were supposed to be delivered to the hospital the next day. The next day I get a call that they couldn't be delivered because the duck vase was missing a pink hat, but they could still send it with a white hat. Sure not a big deal. Claimed they could absolutely get it to her before she was discharged from the hospital the next day. My friend is discharged the next afternoon and I haven't heard anything. So I call her the next day (it's now been 4 days since the initial order) and she never got them. I called the company directly and they said it had been delayed again, but wouldn't say why this time. Clearly never intending to let me know apparently! Now I give them her home address since she has left the hospital and they offer an upgrade which I accept. An hour later I get a call saying that they no longer have the duck, but they can do an elephant. However, they claim that the elephant would be an additional $40 charge. Excuse me?! Why do I have to pay extra for all of your mistakes, couldn't that be the upgrade. No, I'm told only a manager could make that call. So I ask to speak to a manager. Of course there isn't one there today, how convenient! My only other option was to cancel my order. Which of course I did. This whole process was stressful and unprofessional. I'm hoping I get my money back, but have a feeling the whole thing was a scam and they are an awful and horrible company. Save your money and stress by looking else where!

I placed an online order with flowershopping.com on Friday 4/5/24. By my standards, it was an expensive flower arrangement. Without getting overly personal, suffice it to say, that TO ME, it was an EXTREMELY IMPORTANT AND TIME SENSITIVE DELIVERY. Placing the order was a smooth and easy process. IRONICALLY, since this situation was so critical to me, I elected to engage the services of a Large Nationwide Retailer, so as NOT to run the risk of having something so important to me be ruined by the poor follow through of a small local flower shop. When I placed the order on their website, AT NO TIME was I informed that it was even a POSSIBILITY that the arrangement that I had selected would NOT be delivered on the date promised, which was Friday 4/5/24. Later in the day, I received an email that my order had been cancelled. As soon as I saw the email, I IMMEDIATELY called their customer service number to express my surprise and my displeasure with their cancellation. It should be noted that I used my Debit Card to pay for this transaction. It is my VERY STRONG feeling that a company like this should NOT EVER charge a customer's payment method until it has been determined that the order in question can be PROPERLY EXECUTED in a TIMELY AND PROFESSIONAL MANNER. The bottom line is that I did NOT get my funds returned to me and they DID NOT execute the floral delivery, AS AGREED. In fact, I still do NOT have my funds returned to me AND because of the FACT that I utilized a Debit Card to make this purchase (and that it was nearly ALL of the funds that I had available to me at that time, (NOT TO MENTION THE FACT THAT IT WAS TOO LATE IN THE DAY TO IDENTIFY AN ALTERNATE VENDOR) I was unable to purchase the flowers elsewhere. They offered no REAL SOLUTION to me during multiple follow up phone calls. THEY TOOK MY MONEY, THEY FAILED TO EXECUTE THE ORDER THAT I PAID FOR! THEY STILL HAVE MY MONEY AND THEY HAVE OFFERED NO SATISFACTORY SOLUTION TO MY PROBLEM WHATSOEVER!
