Class Action Lawsuit - Nucore floor - Floor Decor junk flooring! Warping, splitting in 5 rooms and 1400 sq feet will be removed from our house $9500 it cost plus will spend at least $10,000 replacing.Attorney Matt Metzger 513 - 488 - 1135 is handling lawsuit if you need to get on list.

We needed someone to install some granite countertops and we tried their installation service and they ended up sending us someone who not only tried to scam us but also the store. He tried to charge us over $4000 for the job when every single other estimate was under $2000. Then he told us that he refuses to buy countertops from floor and decor because they have terrible products. When we reported it and complained all they said was that they cant do anything about it. Makes me wonder how many people they let get scammed by this guy and other people. They just dont care.

I was at Floor&Decor today on Priest. I worked w/ Romeo who I had previously read about in another highly positive review. He was personable, informative and patient as he helped me choose tile for a redo of the guest bath. He was great to work w/ and I recommend him to anyone who could use advice and guidance in choosing the perfect tile for your project. So many choices; it can be overwhelming. I couldn't have done it w/out him. THANK YOU, Romeo!

No care for the customers who spend thousands of dollars on materials and installation through Installation Made Easy / Bullis Installations. Shower failures after touting "we've never had a shower failure" to outright lying about discoloration of grout, cracking of grout, and flexing of linear drain top shortly after install and then refusing to correct outstanding issues.

Floor and Decor offers the free service of a design specialist to help choose tiles, vanities, and everything else you need for a remodel or first time build. Amanda worked with me and helped choose tiles that fit my need and budget. One of our products was broken when it was delivered, and they replaced it when I called. They were easy to work with, and we have enjoyed the results of our bathroom remodel.

I was so thrilled with the service I got at Floor and Decor in Saugus! Greg the manager worked with me to pick out all the tile for my bathroom!He was such a nice guy and very knowledgeable! He went above and beyond to help me! Jason took over after I was done shopping and put everything in the car for me I didn't have to lift a finger! He was very polite and efficient! Floor and decor sells bad products. Their vinyl products contains high VOC. We installed their product and it started releasing VOC( harmful gas) gas and does not go away and gets worst during humid weather. They sold sample with good quality but when actual product got delivered, it had inferior quality. If you care about your investment, time and health, please avoid any product from floor and decor. Their local store managers and corporate customer service is pathetic. Any future issues, they will blame installer to get away from warranty. I have lost thousands of dollars and extremely unhappy about their products and customer service.

We met with Lou to help with ideas for our master bathroom. His professionalism and patience made our process extremely pleasant. We first picked the wall tile, next was the niche and the floor was last. He added his expertise to help us come up with a finished project that we truly adore. The tile is great quality and the price was reasonable and within our budget. We definitely recommend this store.

Extremely POOR support after purchase. I spent $5k on two bathrooms, tile and showers. There is a chip in the glass and handle issues. I called for help and the manager brushed me off telling me I can't return the glass and I have to call the manufacturer. She said it wasn't her problem. Manager provided zero help.

I usually never write reviews however, I went into the store and purchased a discontinued item at 50% off. They had a balance in the store and I said I would be back in a few days to purchase the balance if it was still available and they had said I would get it at 50% off as well. When I went in six days later, they told me they could not do that Ended up costing me over $1000 more than it should have because I already started the project and they knew it
Basically, they extorted me.

Usually I would go to home depot but ever since I was assisted by Kamar, there's no other place I would go to. He is very knowledgeable, respectful, helpful, honest, friendly, kind, personable, understanding and much more. Not many people would go above and beyond but he did. He helped me get everything I needed it. Being pregnant is hard enough and he took a huge load of me. I've been back to the Paramus location because of how easy it is to deal with him and the staff he manages. He deserves a raise for all his hard work and dedication if you asked me. People like him don't come around and I know it because I work for Honda and not everyone cares about their customers. It's so nice to see they exist elsewhere. Thanks Kamar! You're the absolute best

Ordered a floor that was very much a brown tone on website. It came gray. Not even remotely close. They basically said sorry

Went in looking for some cultured marble for the backsplash to our new vanity. This one gentleman led us to glass sill in white saying that was the closest he had to what we needed. He got a call from 'the boss' while we were working with him so he up and left us. Our contractor went and got exactly what we needed. Couldn't he just tell the boss he was with a customer

I am a contractor and I did 2 bathroom floors with the Hexagon tile. None of the tile was consistent with sizes. I did one bathroom black and one white. The black bathroom tile will not come clean from the grout. I've washed it 22 times with and without haze remover. I called to see if I could get any suggestions and they basically called me stupid. Never again will I lay their tile. Just awful. That photo is after 22 washes. Just awful!

I have spent close to $30,000 with this rotten company. They are rude, inefficient and customer service is non-existent. They made a huge mistake on my hardwood floor delivery... Totally their fault and do now will not deliver the lady of my order. I will never spend another dime with these jokers. Go anywhere else.

I received a quote for tile and grout from the Sarasota Floor and Decor. I called to ask questions about the quantity I needed. That is, I called, and I called, and I called, and I called. No one answered the phone--ever! The next day, I called again and a man answered and went to get an employee in the design center. She was with a customer and said she would return my call within a half hour. She didn't! I called back again and again and left several messages. I finally got my order adjusted; the order preparation at the store was quick, and I received emailed pickup information. About two days later, a staff person called me at 8 a.m. to ask about my voicemail messages. Too late! If you are looking for communication between you and the staff at Floor and Decor--forget it. It's not going to happen.

Horrible company, horrible rude people, disgusting horrible not a good company to work for, don't believe you.

I've owned retail business's for the past 35 years and one thing you can't buy or find in people is customer service but the Everett location knocks that out of the park with an employee named Spencer she is a gift to your business. I'm looking for a product it turns out you don't have but Spencer did everything she could to help me, i told her I'd send photos she said while I do that she would do some research so I said great, called her the next morning she stood by her word and responded as she promised. In this day and age it's almost impossible to find an employee who will show up on time look decent leaves personal issues at the door along with a cell phone, It is IMPOSSIBLE to find an employee who puts your company first who represents you with pride has a positive attitude and is willing to help. Spencer totally blows all of it out of the water and is not replaceable. I'd love to have an employee of her caliber you are so fortunate. I live in Eastern Wa. But I will do all I can to send you business because of Spencer. God only made a few to standout and she is the cream of that crop. Thank you for having someone like her please please recognize her for what she brings to your company she is a gem. I know the only time people review or call is to complain but when you have someone like her I have to stop take the time so you know I hope corporate knows and that you let her know.

I tiled my whole house, 1700 square feet with a certain tile I purchased from Floor and Decor. I had numerous cracked tiles and called the stores in the Tampa Florida area and found out that particular tile has been discontinued. One store told me the only store in the country that has any of that tile left is in Spring Texas. I Immediately called the store and spoke to Josh the tile manager. He said he was physically looking at 8 boxes of tile. I explained to him the situation and he said he would put the tiles aside for me and that I would drive from Tampa to their store in the Houston area to get them. The day I left for Houston I called the store to let them know I was on my way there. Josh was not in and I spoke to Mark, he said he would text Josh and let him know I was on the way. A 1,000 mile drive that will take 14 hours to get there. I arrived at the store at 7am on Wednesday, neither Josh nor Mark were there, the assistant tile manager said there are no tiles put away for me and she called Mark. Mark said he forgot to text Josh that I was coming for the tile. Also Josh did not put the tile away for me like he said he would. BUYERS BEWARE, this store does not care about you as a customer. If they tell you they will do something for you….THEY WONT! Anna is the store manager and she is useless. Most of the time they don't even answer there calls. I Will be escalating this case to district and corporate management. A lot of time and money wasted on trusting people you should not trust. Keep in mind I purchased over 1700 square feet of tile prior to this including supplies. Never again! Someone told me this company mainly hires people that were fired from Home Depot. Now things are starting to make sense. You've been warned, stay away from this company!
