I purchased tile from this company and was informed it will only take 5-10 business days however they did not provide me with an order update, could not locate my order and did not inform me they were unable to fill the order. After one month of waiting and calling for product update I was informed the order was ready within the 10 days but no one called me. I asked if I can pick it up and then was I formed they could not locate the inventory. I received a call back and was informed they located the tile but it's less than what I paid for "do you want to come get it and buy the rest somewhere else?". The problem being the tile is a specialty tile that I could not locate anywhere else. Upon arriving at the store to pick up what they had in stock no one was available to help and my tile was sitting on the counter. I will never purchase from them for another project!

Guys - suggest you not to book anything online as no one responds to your phone call and neither you will get email response also. I never seen such horrible customer service in US. They messed up my order and so for all my efforts are in vain in getting refund.

Only good part is - shop has lots of varieties, if you like something it's always better to buy and bring along with you rather than preferring online shopping.

So its been another 3 weeks or so and I STILL have not gotten a call from management as I was promised. They reply to reviews as if they care but they do not follow up and its impossible to get anyone on the phone. Based on the overall ratings for this company, it looks like poor customer service is their motto. My advice, buy at your local tile store. You may pay a few extra pennies per tile, but you will save big time on delivery charges and blood pressure! Stay AWAY from this business.

What a horrible experience. This company charged my credit card and has no record of my purchase. Don't shop at this place. You'll never be able to call the store or talk to anyone in customer service. And when you do get someone they intentionally drop your call.

Terrible company. Keep away! Their inventory system has no ability to track purchases before they are actually picked resulting in disappointed customers when they come to collect their products and/ or long delays on deliveries. Customer service is awful - no accountability of anyone and never call back when you leave messages. They dont deserve your business!

There is no way to speak to a person in corporate management. We love the flooring we bought. Our installers say the quality of the products are above average. However, the crew loading the materials on our trailer, which was brand new, hit it and dented it. The appraiser said the damage was $550. This all happened in July of 2022. Yesterday, September 26,2022 we received a letter that the insurance has denied the claim. So, we not only spent over $9600 in flooring, but had to it pickup and handle the flooring ourselves and now have to repair or loss value of our trailer. This made the drive to Greenville, the trips back and forth and now the damage push the cost to being what I could have ordered it for right here in Anderson, SC and they would have delivered it. So, unless you have a piece of trash trailer or truck and live in Greenville, SC it not worth it. BUY BEWARE... stay away.

Visited 2 times seeking info on vinyl flooring. I had to seek out an associate. Both times the associate was on phone on personal call. I had to wait for them to speak with me. The first had no knowledge of the product and could not answer any questions. The second never ended his phone conversation. I asked him a question about quality of product in store and he scanned product code for answer then continued his phone conversation. He appeared to be hiding out at the rear of the store until closing time. Unbelievably he approached is 5 minutes before closing and informed us they would be closing very soon. How very sad. It's obvious they do not train associates in customer service. The online website is more helpful than store employees.

Just wanted to take this time to thank Tyjae (cashier) as always goes above and beyond to make sure that I have everything that I needed.

After a few rough starts with inexperienced salespeople and trying to use the atrocious telephone system(forget it!), I finally was connected to KEVIN TRINH who is their superstar! Kevin did what he said he would do, followed up with me and found my required tile in plenty of time for my job, He is amazing! If you go there, be sure to ask for KEVIN!

Usually I would go to home depot but ever since I was assisted by Kamar, there's no other place I would go to. He is very knowledgeable, respectful, helpful, honest, friendly, kind, personable, understanding and much more. Not many people would go above and beyond but he did. He helped me get everything I needed it. Being pregnant is hard enough and he took a huge load of me. I've been back to the Paramus location because of how easy it is to deal with him and the staff he manages. He deserves a raise for all his hard work and dedication if you asked me. People like him don't come around and I know it because I work for Honda and not everyone cares about their customers. It's so nice to see they exist elsewhere. Thanks Kamar! You're the absolute best

I was at Floor&Decor today on Priest. I worked w/ Romeo who I had previously read about in another highly positive review. He was personable, informative and patient as he helped me choose tile for a redo of the guest bath. He was great to work w/ and I recommend him to anyone who could use advice and guidance in choosing the perfect tile for your project. So many choices; it can be overwhelming. I couldn't have done it w/out him. THANK YOU, Romeo!

I usually never write reviews however, I went into the store and purchased a discontinued item at 50% off. They had a balance in the store and I said I would be back in a few days to purchase the balance if it was still available and they had said I would get it at 50% off as well. When I went in six days later, they told me they could not do that Ended up costing me over $1000 more than it should have because I already started the project and they knew it
Basically, they extorted me.
As a pro and spending well over over $100,000 per year here, I will not be back. This review is for 300 Tunxis hill rd Fairfield ct.

Wow! The selections blow home Depot and Lowes away! They also have an interior designer walking around helping customers! Donia is amazing, she helped me make decisions with styles and colors. I'm excited to have our bathroom finished! Thank you so much Donia

I had been assigned Michelle as my decorator. What an experience! All I told her was what color I was thinking of for each bathroom. She put together a design for 4 full bathrooms and a powder room with various options. She made this part of renovating a breeze and relieved the stress that comes with this process. Thank you so much Michelle.

Only had one bad experience with another designer there who could care less about helping customers. He looked annoyed to even be bothered. Did everything he could to get out of helping customers.not once but twice. Even though we have complained, the manager has not bothered to call us to find out what happened. If Michelle hadn't personally called us and apologized on his behalf and then generously offered to take on the design job, we would not have bothered to come back.

Yousuf, one of the team members at the Northwest 290 location, was a jolly, knowledgeable person who assisted me from start to finish. Floor and Decor customers will really enjoy the services this young man has to offer. Thank you Yousuf…

Problems with mismatched wood, particularly the stair nose edging on their own product. Was way off and they refused to stand by their own product and refused to provide any resolution. Impossible to reach. Horrible customer service. Can't not recommend this company enough. They're too big and just don't care about the customer.

Asked several representatives before applying for card about interest after promotion, have been told there will be none. It's a lie, big time lie! Be careful people. There is a print on the bill that says all interest will be applied to your account after promotion is over. Representatives are too stupid, not trained and have no idea.

I've ordered floors multiple times.
Every time I go there it takes 1.5 to 2 hrs to check out.
Associates does not know how to work on a computer.
It takes the joint efforts of at least 3 people to place an order.
How about some training so they don't waist client's time!

This review is overdue. My husband and I felt that we were the luckiest customers in town at Floor and Decor Dallas location. Ray, the trainer of F&D, and Senior Designer Emily offered their expertise to help us to pick out our flooring materials, and the tiles and trims for the walls and floor of our bathroom, and shower stall. No doubt that they have superior experience and expertise, and of course very good taste. They took great care of our needs and wants and stay within our budget. We also received good services at the Denton location, Designer Magdalena got us started on our journey, and we were amazed at how she put everything together quickly. We love Floor & Decor that has so many choices, and the prices are competitive as well. Thank you for your kindness and devotion to our project.
