I was sent the wrong tshirt I ordered. I notified your customer service dept and got a very quick response. After emailing them a pic of the t-shirt I was sent and a pic of my order slip with the info you needed the matter was taken care of immediately. I can't say enough nice things about your company, the products and your Customer Service Dept. I am pleased to say I will definitely be ordering from you again.
One the worse experiences dealing with an online company. I placed my order on May 28th and as of August 14th, I have not received my order. Now they are saying certain t-shirts that I picked out are not available. I have requested a refund, but I can't get a response from the company.

Put in a order 2 months ago in may still havent gotten it. All i have gotten are poor excuses that they dont have enough merchandise, but they still continue to advertise that they have new stock. Dont order from this Company, i think they scamed me. No money back and no order recieved, very poorly run.

I was ecstatic to see a GILDAN label in the neckline, upon receipt (gildan, in my opinion) is #1, top quality for me. Not a single disappointment - and definitely true to color/design as shown in pictures. Thank you so much - patiently awaiting my next order of 4. Had to get the boy a couple - he would have taken mine, if it had been his size
It's been almost a month since I placed an order and they keep saying give us another week or two. I'm not sure I will ever get my order and thinking this company is fraud.
I ordered from you on April 10th, it is now April 28th! I have asked for an update on my order and I believe you have not been forth coming! I keep getting the same message which tells me absolutely nothing of what I asked! If you don't have my order then you need to refund me for it!
1st time was great. Shirts were great. 2nd time I had to cancel the order. They keep promising. Next week. Next week. 2 months later fi ally got them to cancel. So saw so eone had said they voted their thing gs I. 5 days. I reordered. March 9th. Here it is March 24. Nothing.
I have been charged for the shirts that I ordered over two weeks ago and haven't received them or any information regarding when shipment is expected.

The tank top says large more like a small totally doesn't fit barely fits my wife
The tee shirts are fine as long as they don't shrink
Waited 2 months ordered June 22 received today August 20

I love all the tiedyes that you have. It will come in handy when I venture out this winter because coats are too heavy and annoying to wear especially in a cat.

I ordered 2 shirts. When they processed my order, they only had 1 in stock. So they emailed me and refunded my money. Just disappointed I didn't get the other shirt.
Love everything about the site. The tye dye shirt arrived when you said it would and the person I gave it to loved it also. I plan on getting a couple more. Very timely

Ordering was easy I even received an email about my order. Then nothing. No correspondence, no delivery date and no Tie Dye shirt. I would love to get the shirt, hopefully it would be the right size.
Easy to order and maneuver the website. T shirts are actually prettier than pictured in the ad and I like that they're 100% cotton.
I received my order in a reasonable amount of time. The shirts are very nice. Bright colors, very comfortable. I am waiting for my second order I liked my first one so much.

All the shirts I ordered were beautiful, so beautiful I placed a second order. Sizing was good, colors were as bold as the display shown on the website.
