There is no option to give less than this. Very cheep and creep company, I haven't received any response from them since last 6 days. I don't know how irresponsible they are. They were not able to fulfill customer orders? I ordered 6 items from 17 days ago, and promised date was 17, but still those items are there hub and they did not acknowledge that mistake and also did not give delivery.

One of the worst online site in India delivery boys are completely fraud even you give ur real address they would not come, if you tell them to come my address they won't come earlier they ask for the OTP. I ordered 4 Bluetooth headphones from my friend's flipkart app and paid online of Rs 7100 but they didn't give a single one and they delayed 4 to 5 day in bihar finally I cancelled 1 amongst 4 now delivery boys is telling maybe he is not sure that he would deliver the product tomorrow or not. That was for gift to someone I personally recommend don't trust this flipkart anymore even though I will never purchase anything from this website in my entire future. $#*! you flipkart.

One of the worst online site in India delivery boys are completely fraud even you give ur real address they would not come, if you tell them to come my address they won't come earlier they ask for the OTP. Purchased a Treadmill costing *******/- But it became non functional during warranty. Neither Flipcart not the brand Reach did anything so far. One month had passed after reporting the problem.

Tip for consumers:
Both Flipcart and the seller offered one year warranty. On reporting the complaint, seller did not sort it out even after one month. The matter was reported to Flipcart and they say that they have no responsibility. Why does Flipcart market those products who can't give proper service?

Flipkart doesn't care about it's customers, it doesn't publish any honest review, blocked them, see e.g. of my review blocked for Amazfit GTS 2e smart watch "I got this product at a good discount 3400, next day I saw price drop to 2400, big disappointment. The other issue is i didn't notice there was no return policy it's only replacement, it looks like the product is very old and the battery life is very poor, didn't even last one day with all the features turned onlast one day with all the features turned on. With only sleep tracking turned on during 1 night, battery dropped by 30%, so overall not happy as I wanted good battery life"

Tip for consumers:
Be careful with products return policy, if it's only replacement most likely it's old , unsold inventory getting cleared, Flipkart doesn't help even if there issue with product.

Firstly, the delivery service was extremely unreliable. My order was delayed multiple times without any prior notice, causing inconvenience as I had scheduled my day around the expected delivery time. This lack of punctuality was disappointing and disrupted my plans.
Last 3 months were worst, few items were missing or the entire order is delivered to some other person, so raised complaints every time, now its 3rd time.one product out of 23 was missing. After the complaits raised they locked my account and i couldn't login into Flipkart app itself.

I am a flipkart customer for 5 years now but its service is very very bad now you people are just feel nut to support it amazon is always the best,I have come across many scams, even the main customer is not valued, the questioner is not valued, this business is only going to be planted. Just make more noise and so you people Wake up people, what will happen if you buy from a company that does not value people's rights and grievances

Any company that doesn't respect customers should not be allowed to grow, it is in people's hands to correct their mistakes then it is not a good company.People should keep this in mind that such companies should not be supported

My aged parents are suffering because of Wakefit and Flipkart. The worst experience ever. They first cancel the order after the delivery date (>7 days). Then they ask you to reorder only to cancel again. The resolution this time is to order again, I order again the 3rd time and they cancel again. All this while the product is still in stock to purchase. Wasting 2 weeks waiting. They don't keep their promises. The seller Wakefit is a cheater, still selling products on Flipkart and Amazon and product is in stock even now. Even fk service can't promise me if they will deliver it this time.

2 days back I ordered few products from grocery but 4 products were missing including the free pkt of sugar I get when I order for more than 800 Rs.For the sugar they charge only 1 ₹.when I noticed 3 items plus the sugar is missing I complained about it they just refunded me 1₹ and refused to give the refund of 3 products. Again I called & complained about it...this is the 2 nd time it's happening. I will file a complaint at consumer court if they refuse to refund.

Hi very bad experience ordered almost more then 10 items sandals wrong colour 3 times lady lingerie completed different to item order 3times half the item not arriving changing delivery times also rude delivery drivers especially when you pay cash and your returns being accepted they give you gift voucher to spend within 12 months you can't pay cash and use gift voucher together it just very poorly run company

Flipkart was very good earlier.

But now a days it is giving very poor services & taking 4-5 extra days to deliver your product than the given timeline.

I personally recommend people, dont buy from flipkart, please use Amazon instead.

Worst service from loggestic in Bangalore specially grocery.
Please don't order grocery in Bangalore specially Marathahalli location loggestic partner is very very giving bad quality product even delivery boy is also not professional don't even know how to behave and talk...

Pls don't use Flipkart. You can go for other sites.

Bought TV. For installation technician is not visiting. Phone number for query is getting disconnected. Bad experience. Customer Care will revert within 7 min but you won't be able to listen. In short only show off.

I recently purchased three laptops from Flipkart, and my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. One of the laptops had a touchpad issue, and that's where my ordeal began.

Upon contacting Flipkart's customer service team, they claimed to have escalated the issue to the Brand Service Center. However, the brand service center confirmed the defect but shockingly refused to provide a Defective Confirmation Letter. Their excuse? The team had raised a mere "Normal Service Request" instead of the necessary ticket.

Attempting to resolve this absurdity, I reached out to Flipkart's customer service team again. To my dismay, they washed their hands of the matter, insisting that I must obtain the Defective Confirmation Letter from the Brand Service Executive "at any cost." When I relayed this back to the Brand Service Executive, they argued that the team had not raised the appropriate ticket to generate the required letter.

This ludicrous back-and-forth between Flipkart and the Brand Service Center left me in a maddening loop of blame-shifting. Despite being a premium user of Flipkart, the company failed to provide any meaningful resolution. The lack of coordination between their own teams and the refusal to take responsibility for the defective product has left me utterly unsatisfied.

In the end, I lost all hope of getting a replacement for the faulty laptop. This experience has not only wasted my time but also tarnished my perception of Flipkart's commitment to customer satisfaction. It's disheartening to see a company of this stature fall short when it comes to addressing genuine concerns of its premium users. I strongly advise potential buyers to think twice before considering Flipkart for their electronics purchases.

Tip for consumers:
Don't buy the Products without reading the Refund Terms in the Flipkart and the Flipkart Team is also not allowing us to post any bad reviews after we got a bad service from them also.

Worst customer care, they will provide the proper solution ask us to reorder the product. Which is not a solution. Once you deliver the product in big billion day sale they will cancel the order from back end or delivery us the damage product twice I have faced this. Worst experience with Flipkart. Then they will update made this many more sale all data manipulation.

Avoid buying through flipkart.com, if you want to stress free buying experience. I ordered the headphone and received wrong product. Requested to return and refund the money. Flipkart refused refused to take back and refund the money even after rigorous follow up with their Call Centre, very bad experience and very unethical company.

avoid purchasing through Flipkart. fraud and feeling being cheated.

The worst e Commerce site / app one can ever visit.They never meet the committed date and they give a time line as will be delivered by 11 PM we waste our time waiting for them and they shamelessly change it to next day without the permission and guess what;next day same story repeats. ANd you call the help desk the standard answer is we apologise and the other favourite response is we will check with back end team.the worst backend team they have got and the logistics partnrr ecart is another useless and inefficient cog in the wheel. DO not use this site if you are looking for a decent shopping experience or if you are looking for value for money or mental piece.All those are flipped in flip kart to the road

Don't ever go to Flipkart for purchasing unless you don't have problem in getting something defective or of no use. I purchased an Infinix Laptop which had some issues with the display. I raised a return request and I was told to wait for 15 days so that some technician can check and validate the issue. Days passed and no one came. They arbitrarily rejected the request and when I called them, Flipkart representative told me that the return period is over and my product can't be returned or replaced. Flipkart work totally in denial mode and they hardly care for their customers. Being a premium plus member, I never expected this to happen. I searched online for this kind of incident and found that I am not the only one to get scammed like this by Flipkart

Worst service. Ordered Online 6 Sets but received only 1 set from Shopsy via Flipkart bill# FMPC*******184, the label on the parcel says 6 sets and the packet of the parcel is too small to pack only 1 set. I was expecting a quick delivery return and total refund as the quality of the product is worst like footpath products. Shopsy online shopping should be pushed to consumer court for such cases and I reached out to social media for creating awareness so that people will not fall as prey like me while shopping on Shopsy. Flipkart customer service team says this is no return policy product so they even can't refund for the missing 5 sets which i haven't received. This is only awareness message so friends please be careful while shopping online with Shopsy.

Will never ever again shop online with Shopsy and FlipKart and will create awareness in people the worst experience I had
