Better not choose anything extra if you want to buy cheapest and click on options very attentively. For example, don't go for the paid 'Seat Selection' option as seat selection is usually allowed for free on official website (with booking number the third party website assigns to you). Their customer service is good. The representative replies to your queries patiently. Mind you, at the time of crisis only the airline will be able to help you and they will help you even if you have booked from a third party website. My Saudia flight was cancelled on month before departure. Flight Network was unable to help me in that case and i contacted Saudia Airlines. Saudia Agent alloted me seat on Turkish Airline without any extra charges.
Flight Network is the worst travel agency in the world. They are scammers. They received my refund from Air Canada but refused to give me back my money for almost 3 months now (see screenshots). Anytime I call their customer service which is based overseas, the poor guys read to me some scripts and said they're working on processing the refund. Run away from this travel agency as they are nothing but scammers. Don't ever book a ticket with them as you're screwed if something goes wrong.

Fue muy fácil concretar la compra de los pasajes a buen precio. La confirmación y envío de los datos del pasaje fue inmediata. Solamente aconsejo leer bien y con tiempo para no equivocarse ya que la aplicación ofrece e intenta vender servicios agregados con costo extra que si no se desean hay que marcarlo con claridad.

Web sight was relatively easy to manage, great flight pricing although add on items (insurances/protections) certainly raised the cost some. You do need time to check all details before confirming but time allotted was enough.
I would like to continue this review once we have had our trip, although I am confident that all will be good.

Like that it clearly states baggage options as well listing some delay times at airports to help with flights that have connections to catch. E-mailed my ticket and the exact price quoted is what was taken out of my bank account. Everything is clearly stated (as far as seat selection prices and other offers such as flight cancellation insurance) before you hit the process button. Will mark up to five stars once I am able to check in with no problems ha ha.
I found it easier to purchase your air tickets than from others. Hope you would keep it up, to encourage potential passengers like me to depend on purchase of tickets in the near future. Long transits for over 8 hrs are not addressed in your trip planning that bothers passengers.
Could you please offer me the cheapest itinerary for a return ticket (YUL-DAC), moving out on/around 1 Nov 19 & return on/around 24 Apr 20? It should avoid transits through the US.
When I selected two people on the site for the multi-city trip it only asked for customer one's info and then rung me out and concluded the transaction. I panicked and thought there might not be another ticket. I called to book the same itinerary for my spouse and they were pleasant and efficient. The site, however needs some work and in addition offered me the middle leg of the trip (on one airline) before the first and last legs from and to my home city.
They contacted me back after booking my plane ticket online saying my credit card was denied so I appreciated the follow-up. I'm calling them back to confirm my credit card number and whatnot I did find that the procedure for doing everything was a little long on the phone but in saying that they're follow up with great and I very much appreciated the customer service

Booking online was effortless, prices were most competitive. Apparently there is some type of "price protection" so lets see what happens with that.

I had never booked by a third party site before but I did so after finding a great price. I was looking for flight tickets that were cheaper than taking the bus and faster too. I expected to be charged for more by the selected airlines for additional services. I only wish that additional charges were posted on the website by airline. However, this is so far a great experience and I look forward to booking again.
I got to you via Kayak.com I've never booked with you before, it seemed to go smoothly. I'll visit your website directly and check it out. I travel for work, a lot. 225,000 to 250,000 miles a year on Delta alone, plus lots of other regional carriers. So you can tell I'm a Delta Diamond Medallion and prefer their flights for long-haul flying (most of my travel in international). Why haven't I heard of you before this?
Varun helped me book my flight. He was very helpful and really clear in explaining options and details on flights available to me. So far I have had a good experience, I have not yet traveled so cannot say if I'll have any further issues but am happy with the service this far.
I found that when i was booking your network was affordable compared to others, thank you for that. However when booking i could not find where to click in order to chose my seat.
After spending some 3.5 frustrating hours on many other sites, I was extremely pleased and relieved to discover this site which was easy to navigate and did not do the traditional bait and switch i. E. ``oh so sorry, the last few seats were just sold but we have others at a significantly higher price.`` - even though their web sites continue to advertise the sold out seats - we are talking early January reservations.
What more could you want? I got a great value and it took me a few minutes. It has made the planning portion of my trip very easy.
I've been using Flight Network for years and feel it's a good fit to book flights and hotels. I really like the chance to get a cheaper flight if it goes down in price. I find I book earlier without worrying about a price decrease. I also like the history of past bookings which helps with future bookings. The only thing I would like added is a spot to add open dates so it's faster to find the best travel day on flights.

1. CC payment ideally is 2 step. Here it was one step - which is good BUT at the same time, it makes you feel - is it FRAUD?
2. Mile membership does not include all the airlines. Pl include key airlines
3. I requested to register on FlightNetwork as a user - till date - I have not received any log in / membership details
The flight options were straight forward and no hidden costs appeared at payment. I don't fly for another month so I can give more feedback after the trip.
