These mother$#*!ers are the worse in the $#*!ing world I swear. So I purchased my daughter a pair of shoes "guaranteed to arrive before Christmas same day shipping" if I ordered them fast for you which was in the amount of an extra $25 plus a $12 shipping fee all for a pair of $226 sneakers. Fast forward I haven't $#*!ing gotten a mother$#*!ing tracking number. Every time i checking it keeps $#*!ing telling me order processing. Wtf! 2 $#*!ing weeks? I'm ready to blow up right now and I'm pissed off. Now I have a personal vendetta against these liars. DO NOT SHOP FROM THEM CAUSE YOU WILL WANT TO JUMP OUT OF WINDOW.

Beware DO NOT send Flight Club any money they will feed you a line of bs with email after email about how there has been a problem with your order but they will ONLY tell you they are GOING TO send you some options but NEVER DO.
Really all they are doing is telling people they have what they're looking for knowing that they don't have it getting the point of sale getting the money and then keeping your money as long as possible and probably forever because most people just blow it off it's a scam this company is a scam do not fall victim to flight club.
There should be better consumer protection out there shutting companies like this one down.

I've purchased shoes from Flight Club over a few years, I've never really paid attention to them until I've had to sell them on GOAT, i have three pairs of shoes I've purchased that has had major issues. I purchased some 11 lows for 300 plus and it has blue Jean stains on the shoe, I purchased some 11 72/10 and they were grade B I paid 300 plus for them. I also purchased some 11 Breds and they have multiple scuffs. I've never worn any of them they are DS and supposed to be new. I paid 500 plus for the Breds to get a scuffed and damaged product. I'm super disappointed

Their customer service never actually replies to you, just automated messages. I'm starting to think I'm never going to have the sneakers sold by them, and there is NOBODY you can get in touch to help otherwise. So they 1, have poor handling of what they are (looks like a resell site, not a consignment site. Doesn't even say anywhere they're consignment) tricking some sellers, they have NO customer service, and NO way to get your money back once you ship your shoes to them. DO NOT USE. Seriously, save your money and frustration and just use real dealers like Stockx or GOAT.

We ordered and pre-paid a pair of shoes and when they arrived we were told there was $180 in shipping and duties that we had to pay on top of what we had already paid. When we told Flight Club we wanted to cancel the order, they told us to cancel it with DHL. However DHL told us that Flight Club had to cancel it. And to top it off, Flight Club says we have to pay shipping to us and back - $125! So, no shoes, lots of payments to Flight Club and a huge waste of time!

This shoe is amazing. Thank you flight club. Fastest shipping ever. If you can't afford a shoe please don't write reviews! I paid top dollar for the dog walker sb and realized it has real fur and feels so daum good. This shoe comes with features not seen in review videos and the material is as quality as a five digit four twenty skunk shoe. I didn't realize I would pay duties at such a high price but once again if you can't afford don't buy kinna thing. Out of all the shoes I thought long and hard and I could afford the one shoe I wanted. I got it and I wouldn't change a thing in this world except I want another pair. What a shoe wow. It's so daum special I ordered a bank vault door for my closet. I'm afraid to take it out in the light haha

Ordered a pair of Jordan Concord 11's 2018 earlier this month and wore the shoe about 4 or 5 times when all of a sudden as im walking the bottom of the left shoe came completely apart! I was pissed because I haven't had the shoe a month and that happened which has never happened before and I have bought several shoes from them but their response to my issue was "We can only accommodate for 3 days and the shoe still needs to have the tag" I spent over 300.00 for the shoes and thats the response I get! So I am very disappointed with this company and may not be shopping with them again

This is review is specifically for Flightclub.com. If I could give them ZERO stars that would have definitely been my rating. Ordered sneaker and received COUNTERFEIT that's right, counterfeit sneakers that they refused to take back and their response? Manufacturing defects. So many noticeable defects and not once they even offered to see for themselves. Filed a BBB and received the same response. Overall, if you plan to purchase from them just be prepared to loose your hard earned money on counterfeits.
