The last 3 pairs of shoes I've ordered threw this company has been shipped overseas and the delivery process takes forever. FedEx is awful always delayed delivery and I'm scratching my head saying I order a pair of simple black and white nikes and your telling me you don't have this shoe in the states ridiculous

My 16 yr old used his own money to buy these shoes and now the soles are coming apart. It's a shame they sale junk … I tried to warn him before he spent all that money, because I read all the negative reviews but no he trusted the company instead of the reviews, a gullible teenager. This company needs to STOP selling shoes or STOP getting junk … $127 wasted!

This is a terrible company to work with! Buy from someone else. They are unreasonable and have zero business ethic! RUN

Flightclub will knowingly send you used shoes in will not want to send you a full refund of what you paid for

I recently ordered the Nike Air More Uptempo 96 and the shoes look a bit suspicious, are oversized, and unconfortable! It doesn't feel like any other of the many Nikes I have had, including this very same model, which I still keep and sometimes use, since 1996.

When I complained, they automatic answer says that all sales are final and I can't get my money back.

They even say that, if I want to get rid of the product, I can create a seller account on the platform, and sell them to someone else!

This vendor is ridiculous! Never buy, unless you expect fake and unconfortable sneakers.

Got charged shipping from the company; and never told I'd have to pay for duty at the border. I've ordered shoes from the US into Canada and shipping was included and not charged duty and taxes. I was charged by flight club and then again by the Canadian border. The duty and shipping cost me an extra $250 on top of the $547 charged by flight club! They don't publish this anywhere on the site and never responded to my email. Never again will I buy anything from them again' worst service ever. To be be honest; shoes don't even look real.

Do NOT order from this company EVER! No phone number to call and ZERO customer service! Every time you email them, you receive a response from a DIFFERENT person every time with a DIFFERENT answer every time!
UPS claim was filed due to us NOT receiving the delivery and UPS approved the claim to be paid but Flight Club lied to us and told us that UPS had denied our claim. Dishonest company that needs to be shut down.

I wish I could give them 0 stars it feels wrong to give them a 1 start. The worst company I have ever felt with in my life. I order shoes and they just never shipped it's been over 6 months now. Yes I've emailed them about 15 times and no response. Would never recommend this place to anyone ever

Don't buy here! Any type of mistake is expensive. I tried to change my sizing and they sent the wrong size anyway. $74 mistake! Stupid me! I should have read these reviews first!

I purchased a pair of Nike Air Force 1's from them and when I tried them on the soles were so stiff I couldn't even wear them. I did some online research and all indications were pointing toward counterfeit shoes. I reached out to customer service (they were very nice) and after getting passed around to a few people I was informed the shoes are made that way and Flight Club is simply a consignment business and then couldn't do anything about it. I informed them that I purchased the shoes
Through them and if the didn't issue a refund I would file a claim with the BBB in their area and contact my bank to stop payment on my card. Only then did the offer a refund but I had to pay their prepaid shipping which was close to
$40. At least I received some of my money back
But more importantly I learned a lesson. Read reviews before purchasing online and NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH FLIGHT CLUB AGAIN!

Ordered my package December 15 it's January 7th and its just now saying it's being sent off for flight departure

Don't ever order from this company. I ordered a pair of Nikes from fight club. I ordered a size 12, they sent a size 9 1/2. It took a week for them to answer my email about exchanging for a size 12. Their answer was to tell me that there were no exchanges and no refund will be given. Never again will I order from this horrible company.

About a month ago I went to an in-person Flight Club store, and got a pair of Jackie Robinsons. The dude who was helping we was extremely kind, he helped me out, and recommended many shoes. Amazing service. More recently, I ordered a pair of dark marina blue Jordan 1's and they came within two weeks, almost pristine box, and inside was a pair of brand new, un-worn, tag still on, dark marina blue Jordan 1's.

Overall, 5 star revew.

One of my shoes was a 9 which i ordered the other was a 8 i didnt order so im glad i can fit the 8 but that was so bad im mad. $#*! FLIGHT CLUB I RECOMMEND GOAT
