Lots of job options. It just so happens the job I found was listed on their main webpage and not through FlexJobs.
The site is great. I just had little experience so a lot of jobs I found were simply not in my skill set range. I would have liked to see more "no experience" or "entry level" jobs.

Overall, it has been a good experience. The only 'negative' I can say is that one cannot always go through Flexjobs to actually apply on a job opening... but that's not the fault of Flexjobs. I probably will re-subscribe at some point in the future!
