Flexjobs enabled me to gain several interviews with several companies. The search features were extremely helpful in finding appropriate roles. Although I didn't initially find my new job via Flexjobs, the employer actively uses Flexjobs for job postings.
Useful with valid job postings. Wish you had a way to give status updates for applications sent. Viewed, received, when last time employer looked at applications etc.
