Purchased an ottoman for $318.00 plus 55.00 for shipping. Site states 100% leather. Wrong! The tag states that it is all vinyl and not only that, it came with massive damage to the bottom and was not even the color I purchased. I emailed many times, sent photos of everything pertinent and what did I get? They told me they would give me 50.00 AND that I could buy another one for 300.00! Another one! You have been warned. DO NOT BUY from FURNITURE, MAIL. This is not a reputable site or store. Save yourself the headache.

I ordered a large 78" dining table and it was also very heavy after being packaged for shipment which they did an excellent job on. They padded it inside and out. The table arrived without a scratch after being shipped from California to Texas. It arrived sooner than expected and they responded to my emails promptly as well. I am glad I chose this website to shop from and the shipping costs were much more reasonable than others also.

My fiancé and I ordered a dining table and chairs for $1200. It took almost a month to arrive (we are in Philly) and the table top was damaged beyond repair. We went back and forth with emails and phones calls. The woman could barely understand us and kept LAUGHING! She offered a 5% refund ONLY! We finally got her to agree to send a new table (a month later) and what do you know? It's DAMAGED WORSE THAN THE FIRST ONE! They are now ignoring our phone calls and emails. Stay away from this site! They are frauds!

CHEAPLY MADE FURNITURE - bought a bunk bed for my daughters in March - paid for insured shipping. When we received the bunk bed there were scratches on the head board. After communicating with them for about 6 weeks via e-mail, we resolved the issure. They were to send me a paint pen to touch up the scratches, and they refunded 8%. I was happy with that EXCEPT the paint that they sent was in a baggie in a plain white envelope. So, when I finally received it, it was all dried up and I couldn't even open the envelope.
MORE IMPORTANTLY, it took so long to resolve the scratches and we waited to put the bunk bed together just in case they wanted us to return the head board. Well, a month after we finally put the bunk bed together the slats broke! CHEAPLY MADE FURNITURE! And since the time elapsed from the date of purchase was over 3 months, we had no recourse with paypal, ebay, or our credit card. Check your purchases carefully!
