Great site, just some minor issues. Hard to find all available accessories (like batteries) on mobile. Search results for "battery" returns all flashlights with the word battery in the description instead of just batteries.

I wish faster shipping at a better rate was avalible. I'm using the free shipping because UPS Ground was like $10. Also being able to see some examples of engraving or what exactly it will look like would have been nice. But I have the light now and the engraving looks good. Thank you.

Product evidently had to be special ordered directly from the manufacturer by the dealer. An employee promptly got in touch to advise of the delay & kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. Overall fantastic customer service experience. Would not hesitate to order from Flashlight Dealer again!

The switch was not in stock but I was promptly notified and given option to continue or refund. I chose to wait for it, it took about 3 weeks to get it. I received courteous and prompt communications.

Best price I could find with reasonable shipping cost. Some wanted more for shipping than the flashlight cost in the first place! I hate living in a disposable world. Would use this site again. Thank you.

If I get the item I ordered for the price I paid, I'll be a very happy customer. Heads-up to the website programer: Your pull-down menu for credit card types and expiration dates is wonky. The options are far left and not visible until you blindly select one.

Prices are good and free shipping. They use UPS then USPS I believe. If just UPS then it is slow. Product took five days to arrive.

The part was at a good price,very easy to find on site.I received an email informing me that there was a delay due to stocking issues but received part before original delivery date,was very satisfied.

Ordering would be easier if your website showed the stock status and shipping cutoff time, but your customer service person assured me it was in stock and would ship the next day. I was very pleased with the way my order was handled.
