My wife bought three electric fan heaters. Ominously, they took a long time to arrive, missing Christmas. They are pretty basic. In theory, switching on the 'temperature switch' starts the heater. But, under the heaters is a button, called the "interrupt power after dumping", which needs to be pressed to get the fan to work, But there is no means of keeping it switched on. This is a basic design error. The instruction booklet is useless and full of dictionary English.It is a waste of money. If I had been permitted, I would have rated the product '0' = unfit for purpose.

I purchased a heated jacket which when it arrived did not conform to the size quoted on their website. I contacted them immediatly, and several times since but no reply. They also deducted an unauthorised payment from my account.
Even if they did respond to me I should not have to pay to return an item when it is clearly their error.

Bought 2 items a green seed mat and a robot hoover. The mat its nothing what was showing and the robot does not hoover. Feeling disappointed and deceived and to return need to send to China at your cost.

Before you get lured into a false sense of re-assurance when you read the friendly wording on this site e.g "100% satisfaction guaranteed" from Flash Discount UK, be aware of the clever words which don't tell you the whole story until it's too late. UK, you might think, will make any problems easy to resolve, Nope. Once you've parted with your money & placed an order, you will quickly find that nothing is actually posted from within the UK and if you want to return it, you will have to send it, at your own expense to China, The site does state that returns are at the buyers expense, so as I'd bought a small item, fair enough, I thought, if necessary, I'm prepared to pay UK postage to return it. And only when I contacted customer service was I given the advice that Flash Discount UK did not have any warehouses in Europe and the only return address was in China. Whichever way you look at it, a return will leave you out of pocket

What was ordered and what was delivered are totally different, the ordered item had a value of approximately £25, the delivered item had a value of approximately £5.

Scammers! Do not buy from them.

Discounted products not fit for purpose. Returns have to be sent to China and beware they will not refunds return costs, hoping customers will not go to the trouble!

I bought £30 Xmas tree for garden and they sent a small box of string lights worth £1. No answer and the live chat is a bot. Avoid at all costs

The terrible product doesn't work. Went on fire yesterday flames and smoke and an awful smell. Luckily we were in the house to unplug

They take your money and when you want to return products completely ignore emails DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Very slow delivery. Tried to steal additional funds from my card. Their contact number doesn't work. Emails are ignored. They despatch from UK but insist returns sent to China at your expense despite their website says items sent from UK can be returned to the UK dispatch address.
