You can't seem to be able to close down your account and profile on fixya.com and there is also a ton of drama here too on that website as well.

Joined asked question got email saying question has been posted click on link and it takes me to a web page that states 404 - File or directory not found., tried contacting them and no response, worthless website...

Don't get me wrong... The entire site's "not that bad" (over statement) It's a review site, and you can help people with everyday issues/problems, plus you can get paid after you help out about a billion people and make "Guru" with your status. You must constantly find solutions for people's everyday problems while maintaining an average sort of like GPA on your profile. I guess after you've helped about a billion people and make "Guru" status, you can start earning $2-$4 an issue. Overall, It takes way Too long just to start earning any kind of funds at the site.

The flagging does not work on fixya.com at all. Whenever we flag Andrew Taylor and Larry NG for posting up rude and mean and hurtful comments on questions that Reggie Brown had answered they are still on and no action at all is being done here against those 3 at all. And they will delete Reggie Brown's posts and answers to questions that he does and will post up too. Now Andrew Taylor is now posting up and writing and putting mean and rude and hurtful comments and deleting other members answers to question now.

The site administration for fixya.com which is Andrew Taylor and Eric and John Snell and Larry NG are all rude and are being rude to the other people that answer questions on that website too for fixya.com and are also trolling them and deleting their answers to questions as well.

Steve one of the members on fixya.com is a bully and Steve likes to bully Reggie Brown then a fixya member on that website then and Steve should be put in jail for cyber bullying Reggie Brown as well too and Steve should have his account be terminated on fixya.com for continuing to be bullying Reggie Browns and deleting Reggie Browns answers to questions on fixya.com just because Steve doesn't like them and Steve will also leave bad comments too whenever Reggie Brown answers questions on fixya.com too that is why Reggie Brown is not on fixya for the time being until Steve is no longer on fixya.com for good then Reggie Brown will return to fixya.com and not worry anymore about Steve bullying Reggie Brown and leaving mean comments too

You google a specific question, fixya gives you a random page with some of the elements of your search. E.G. Search for "remove steering wheel "2000 Honda CRV"" and get a page with this:

2009 Honda CRV Problem Can turning the steering wheel lock to lock about 10-15 times
1998 Honda CR-V makes low pitched shuddering or growling noise intermittently when turning sharp right or left

So, yeah, they all contain something about a steering wheel, or turning, or removing something, but it feels like a random search of keywords.
Site is useless

I made the mistake of asking a question on fixya.com, then got an Email saying there was an answer, but when I tried to click the link, it took me to the attached screenshot error page...
So, then I tried just going to the site, and clicking on 'Sign In', but that just takes you to a page with a picture of 2 men messing with bicycles. I have a screenshot of that as well, but could not post it because it is over 5mb in size, which is ridiculous for a screenshot.
What is the point of a website to ask questions, if you cannot get back to it to check answers provided?
FIND ANOTHER WEBSITE IF YOU HAVE A QUESTION, because fixya.com is broken somehow!

Examples: #1 - What is drive pulley torque spec? - What is the drive pulley on? Atv, electric motor, excavator? #2 - How can I derestrict it? - What? #3 - The radiator fins are clean. Why is it overheating? What is the radiator on? - car, truck, atv, utv, motorcycle, bull dozer? #4 - Why is there water in the oil? -?- what type of unit? #5 -How can I remove the headlight? -? Car, truck, airplane, atv? >> these 5 examples of questions NO ONE can truthfully answer because of the total lack of details! These 5 questions were 5 out of 7 questions IN A ROW. That's a really high percentage (71%) ARE unanswerable questions! This is unfortunately normal for Fix ya questions. Wonder why people can't get questions answered. There are also answers to questions that are posted be people who have NO IDEA what they are talking about! Some questions contain words that are so misspelled you can't understand. Most lack necessary details. Some can't understand the difference between breaks and BRAKES,, you get the idea. Some questions give away the lack of mechanical skill or abilities(to the point they do not need to work on anything!).
