Best Training After a Long Time!
The moment I turned 18, I started training for my fitness:
running, cycling, visiting the gym, name it! However, as you have more work,
you tend to lose time for that. I just can't stop missing it though. I miss the
energy, the rigor, everything accidentally, I landed on this site and after a
few tweaks, I found myself a trainer and started right away with a personal
training class. "It's good to be back :)" -
that's how I feel.
